Overview

Supply Chain Analyst role at Alghanim Industries. The Supply Chain Analyst helps to improve the supply chain process by managing inventory control and supply activities to agreed standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Keep track of and cross-check all Debit Notes sent to Supplier and all Credit Notes received from Supplier on a monthly basis
  • Liaise with Operations, Procurement and Accounts to gather necessary supporting documents for: New Signage, Signage Maintenance, Municipality Charges, Equipment Support, and emails confirming Cash Loans to specific Customers and Trade/Commercial Support; submit these with Debit Notes to the respective Supplier
  • Support Operations and Supply Chain in projects to reduce inventories, increase warehousing efficiency and reduce inbound logistics costs
  • Provide operational support in Inventory Control through Purchase Control, Stock Management and In-warding (requires knowledge in Autoline)
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Sales by performing stock reports and raising alerts to the supplier in case of impending stock-outs/EOQ positions
  • Maintain Inventory KPIs to keep inventory low with high turnover
  • Support inbound logistics execution and schedules by liaising with the Supplier and Transporter; occasionally assist Sales with delivery schedules
  • Participate in the monthly ordering process, including rolling forecasts, obtaining operational inputs, securing Finance approvals and placing orders with Suppliers
  • Process payments to Suppliers by cross-referencing GRNs, Invoices and POs
  • Present analysis and reports on inventory and operational KPIs; offer ideas to improve them
  • Review internal and external processes to identify shortfalls and maximize efficiency

The Role

**Overall accountability for managing the B2B products and services portfolio under the different market segments including Public sector, Large corporates, SME, and SOHO. To maximise value and revenue. **Key Accountabilities and Activities
- Responsible for B2B Revenue targets, net adds, and churn KPIS, for all segments.
