Dietitian

We are hiring a Dietitian to join our team and provide personalized nutrition plans to our clients. As a Dietitian, you will assess clients' dietary needs and develop individualized meal plans based on their health goals and medical conditions. You will also educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their nutrition goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' dietary needs, including their medical history, current eating habits, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop personalized meal plans that meet clients' nutritional requirements and align with their health goals.
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and how to make healthy food choices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients follow their nutrition plans and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure integrated care for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dietitian or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and food composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' dietary needs and create customized meal plans.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Current certification or license as a Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred.

We are seeking a professional and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Procedure
1. Receive and collect all patient identification information and register all data on the system.
2. Confirm scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments with the Customer Service Department before informing VIP patients.
3. Inform the Doctor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Nurses about the appointments of VIP Patients.
2. During Visit
1. Warmly welcome the VIP patient with a smile and guide them to the right department.
2. Politely ask the VIP patient to rest in the waiting area until the nurse takes them to the doctor.
3. Complete all paperwork (insurance, requests, other services) in the same department to minimize waiting time.
4. Ensure the patient pays their bill before taking the next appointment.
5. Accompany patients while moving from one department to another to guarantee proper services (Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, etc.).
6. Book the next appointment according to the Doctor’s request.
7. Write the appointment date and time on an appointment card and confirm with the patient one day before the next appointment by phone call.
8. Thank the patient for visiting the hospital and wish them all the best.
3. After Visit
1. Ensure the patient was satisfied, confirm the next appointment, and follow up on services done (laboratory results, medical reports, etc.).
2. Book the next appointment with the call center or Customer Service agents, mentioning VIP do not call.
3. Follow policies and procedures to maximize patient satisfaction, prevent adverse events & errors, and promote patient safety.

1. Market all rooms through screens and show only prestige rooms.
2. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.
