We are looking for a skilled and strategic Logistics Manager to lead and enhance our logistics operations in Kuwait. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics functions, including fleet operations, last-mile delivery, vendor partnerships, and distribution efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliable and timely movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and onward to customers, while maintaining high standards in cost control, compliance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with B2C goals.
- Manage daily operations of company-owned and leased delivery fleets.
- Optimize delivery routes, fleet efficiency, and cost control.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors .
- Oversee inventory movement from vendors to warehouse to customers.
- Ensure system integration with WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms.
- Monitor compliance, risk, and service KPIs.
- Lead and support internal logistics teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong background in fleet operations and vendor management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in logistics software and tracking systems.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Reports directly to the LOC Manager, provides analysis based logistical standardization to contractual requirements.
+ Leads the LOC APS-OPS Cell staffed with employees capable of providing logistical expertise analyze, facilitate data exchanges, synchronization of the workload, and requirements for external coordination.

+ Coordinates planning and executing multiple operations simultaneously with the Plans/Future Operations Team using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
+ Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, in own work and of any supervising team Analyze performance trends and reports for accuracy to include but not limited to Taskers, MHU, CDRLs, RFIs from the Government, and mission related data IAW PWS requirements.

**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent highly preferred. Eight (8) years of additional related/validated experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
**Experience:**
+ 8+ years of related civilian or military Logistics/Operations experience required; 16+ years' experience required if candidate does not possess a bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years documented supervisory experience required.
+ Former U.S. Army Senior Logistics and Operations NCO/Officer (E-7 to O-4) highly preferred.
**Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Excellent instincts and ability to interface at Program/Project -level with ease.
+ Must be acquainted with AR 220-1, equipment readiness reporting and have the capability to run USR reports and coordinate/facilitate changes with extreme focus on Pacing items.
+ Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.
+ Have proven experience in managing DoD logistics systems and operations from planning to implementation.
+ Possess ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to optimize logistics operations.
+ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Possess the capability to use GCSS-Army, and other relevant DoD Logistics Information Systems
+ High energy, enthusiasm and positivity.
**Certification, License & Clearance:**
+ Project Management Professional certification preferred.
+ GCSS-Army certification required.
+ Secret Clearance required.
+ U.S. Citizenship required.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Reports directly to the MRC Chief, provides analysis based logistical standardization to Provides prepositioned fleet management oversight and analysis based logistical standardization to contractual requirements.
+ Responsible for ensuring all logistical oversight of up to a Brigade level.
+ May be required to work independently, or with a Team.
+ May be required to maintain responsive interface directly with USG customer to ensure mission requirements and expectations are met.
+ Required to conduct direct counseling and appraisals of personnel periodically to ensure required qualifications are retained.
+ Handles multiple operations simultaneously and provides updated status on cost, schedule and mission performance.
+ Manages prepositioned stock fleet in accordance with Army Regulations and contractual requirements
+ Ensure specific mission/project benchmark goals are identified and attained.
+ Responsible for planning, coordinating with and briefing up to BN level command and staff.
+ Partner in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.
+ Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.
+ Plan and coordinate multiple mission requirements including APS Set R1 & S1 Readiness levels.
+ Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
+ Serve as the liaison between all functional departments to achieve a cohesive end result.
+ Disseminate mission guidance for all operations/taskers.
+ Developed and implemented strategic initiatives to continually improve the overall quality of the maintenance program.
+ Develop, manage, monitor, action and produce Operational Concepts of Support in support of mission or unit issues.
+ Coordinated oversight of Readiness Control Analysis to sustain direct communication with all supporting Material Readiness Center and Logistics Operation Center sections to achieve benchmark goals.
+ Analyze historical data, monitoring performance benchmarks and developing performance continuous improvement programs in the functional area.
+ Identifying ONS, Taskers, prioritizing, assigning responsibility, resourcing, managing and monitoring their implementation of processes based on PWS requirements.
+ Developing and publishing weekly Operational Readiness reports utilizing required Army Regulations and PWS requirements.
+ Implemented and improved the current processes and procedures to include new tracking methodologies.
+ Responsible for Monitoring all MToE, MCoE and WRSI stocks and configurations being actioned by the functional areas IAW PWS and ARs.
+ Conduct Research from Data entered into AWRDS to ensure all discrepancies are properly identified and corrected.
+ Evaluated MWO's / SOUMS / GPA's for accuracy and discrepancies and ensured outstanding messages are corrected with the appropriate recommended actions.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Management or equivalent highly preferred. Four (4) additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for degree.
**Experience:**
+ 8 years of related civilian or military experience required.
+ 5 years supervisory experience required.
+ U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.
**Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Must have the ability to interpret and implement local policies.
+ Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.
+ Must have progressive written and oral communications skills.
+ Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
+ Possess the capability to use appropriate logistics STAMIS systems such as: GCSS-Army, LMP and LIW.
**Certification, License & Clearance:**
+ U.S. Citizenship required.
+ Tier 3 Secret Clearance is required.
**Active Clearance is required** : Must have an active Tier 3 Secret U.S. Government clearance.
