**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Develops and presents training programs for customers and in-house employees.

+ Experience in the receipt, accountability, inventory, and requisition of equipment, spare parts, and supplies, including maintaining stock levels; experience in operating material and handling equipment.
+ Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements.

  • Perform planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of materials and equipment to support logistic needs within MAXIMO (virtually) and through other means (Freight Forwarders, coordinates ITARS/IMEX. Coordinates required documents for Customs and Property Pick up at Central Receiving Points.
  • Participate in Government Acceptance Tests (GAT) and Task Order Close-Out Joint Inventories, as required.
  • Ability to provide advice on government regulations/FAR pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of supply records in MAXIMO. Monitor actions pertaining to Return-To-Vendor (RTV) documentation.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned/directed by the Program Manager.

**Sr. Logistics Specialist**
**Job Description:**
V2X has a requirement for Sr. Logistics Specialist for the TSS Program, Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Sr. Logistics Specialist will report directly to the V2X Property Administrator and ensure the proper administration and synchronization of all GFP. The successful candidate must be a United States citizen, with proof of citizenship and a current U.S. passport.
**Required Hours:**
Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s), and a standard 40-hour work week while at CONUS work sites.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for assisting the V2X Property Administrator in managing property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or in-country policy.
+ Assist the V2X Property Administrator with performing all aspects of administrative and technical property administration and coordination work with Teammates across various training platforms (e.g., receiving, inspection, inventory scheduling, movement, hand receipts, storage management, cataloging, property utilization, sub-contractor hand receipts, LTDDs, disposition and task order close outs) related to depot, local, or other supply activities at various sites.
+ Assist with maintaining property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment utilizing PCARSS.
+ Assist with managing LTDDs via the DLA-PIEE e-tools website and arranges for disposal of damaged or obsolete material/equipment in accordance with the FAR policy throughout assigned efforts.
+ Assist with maintaining database of various types of files to include Purchase Orders/Receiving, Return to Vendor, IMEX, Inventory, LTDD, PCARSS, Movement of property, DD1149 and DD250.
+ Assist V2X MPM with the management and coordination of property and logistics matters across various Sub-TFAs.
+ Responsible for coordinating and assisting with the management of inventory schedules for all property and materiel; to include sub-contractor inventory.
+ Utilize the Aging Report as an enhancement for local property.
+ Responsible for coordinating accuracy of initial and replacement material/equipment procurement through established systems, specifically, ensuring accurate procurement efforts are in synch with the property locations and storerooms and proper identification of property classification and all required FAR data fields are populated in MAXIMO.
+ Perform planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of materials and equipment to support logistic needs within MAXIMO (virtually) and through other means (Freight Forwarders, coordinates ITARS/IMEX. Coordinates required documents for Customs and Property Pick up at Central Receiving Points.
+ Participate in Government Acceptance Tests (GAT) and Task Order Close-Out Joint Inventories, as required.
+ Ability to provide advice on government regulations/FAR pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy.
+ Responsible for the accuracy of supply records in MAXIMO. Monitor actions pertaining to Return-To-Vendor (RTV) documentation.
+ Responsible for other duties as assigned/directed by the Program Manager.
**Required Skills:**
+ Have 4 years direct experience in the property or supply fields.
+ Knowledgeable on working with other sub-contractors.
+ Knowledgeable of the Army and Federal Acquisition Regulation (52.245-1 and 45.5) as related to Contract Property.
+ Basic knowledge of warehousing or goods received and shipping processes.
+ Must be familiar with and execute ITARS requirements.
+ Proficient in computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as filing systems and office document organization.
+ Must possess excellent personnel communications and office skills.
+ Perform other tasks assigned by the Vertex Property Administrator in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction.
+ Required to work in compliance with OSHA and Vertex TTS Safety policies and procedures as appropriate.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Previous work experience and technical expertise in the use of MAXIMO. NPMA certification as CPPS, CPPA, and/or CPPM.
**Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 8 Additional years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) through the National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) process.
+ Must have a valid driver's license, able to obtain a US Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Kuwait Driver's License.
+ Must possess a US Passport with at least 2 years of remaining eligibility.
+ Meet medical requirements for position as determined by a pre-employment medical screening & published CRC and USCENTCOM medical deployment standards.
+ Walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces up to 8 hours/day & sit for up to 3 hours/day; climb/descend stairs; grasp or handle objects; use finger dexterity; bend elbows/knees; reach above/below shoulders; read/interpret typewritten print; communicate by voice & detect sound by ear.
**Contractor personnel shall comply with all theater command policies, regulations, and General Orders. All tours are unaccompanied.**
**Must have an ACTIVE/CURRENT U.S. SECRET Security Clearance**

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Logistics Analyst II** to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait **.**
The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develops and presents training programs for customers and in-house employees.
+ Coordinates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs.
+ Trains trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations.
+ Conducts training programs on topics and designs and helps to develop training program elements and modules.
+ Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions. Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. Packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications** :
+ Ten (10) + years of experience in logistics or a related field; 1 year of college accepted in lieu of 1.5 years of experience.
+ Must possess at least two years of experience in military GCSS systems, or applicable commercial Logistics Management Information System (LMIS).
+ Experience in creating work orders, material requisitioning, shop supply listings, Plant 2000 operations and creating unit ESR report and employee management.
+ Experience in the receipt, accountability, inventory, and requisition of equipment, spare parts, and supplies, including maintaining stock levels; experience in operating material and handling equipment.
+ Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements.
+ Candidates must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from their start date.
+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
+ Willingness to travel to hostile areas is desired.
+ Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain active Secret clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
+ Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
+ Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
