Job Description
Provides support to the Human Resources Department. Under direct supervision, work with all aspects of credentialing and licensing legislation for physicians and medical professional staff, premises licenses, equipment licenses, etc.
Notice Period: 2-3 months

Department: Human Resources Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging MOH registration application licenses for all clinical and technical staff and reviews all applied documents with the team to verify compliance with the required qualifications.
- Contacts the selected physician after obtaining approval on their applications to complete the process.
- Drafts the required correspondence to request personal interview appointment for the clinical and technical staff; and revise it with the supervisor.
- Work on completion of the personal file for the mentioned staff in relation to preparation of appointment decisions, follows up on signing the employment contracts, data entry of all their personal information into the current software system.
- Follows up with representatives on the procedures in the Health Licensure department in the Ministry of Health in Kuwait and the work process and reports it to the supervisor.
- Maintains an updated database of the work process; checks licenses in relation to issuance, renewal, and termination; coordinates with the supervisor and follows up with representatives.
- Work with other duties regarding the General Assembly, Kuwait Municipal.
- Submits the requested reports whenever needed.
- Works on self-professional development throughout self-training programs and readings, improves professional communications with workmates.
- Maintains top confidentiality for all the information coming to their knowledge.
- Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) and HR best practices are complied with.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's University Degree in any field is required.
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in licensing.
Job-Specific/Technical Skills:
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve any disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and any updates to it.
- Critical Thinking.
- Multitasking with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical ability.
- Continuous development and self-training programs to improve work knowledge and best practices.
Other Preferences:
- Bilingual.

We are looking for dedicated linguist professionals in a variety of languages/dialects to support our intelligence community customer OCONUS. Linguists will support U.S. military operations in Kuwait as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in an assigned area of responsibility. Linguists will contribute an assortment of language services and will be responsible for providing cultural perspective and understanding of the region's historical, political, sociological, and economic trends to select members of the senior leadership staff.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Provide operational contract linguist support for military operations and interpret during interviews, meeting, and conferences.
+ Transcribe and analyze verbal communications.
+ Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information.
+ Supply a variety of translation and interpretation services for Kurdish.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Must be a U.S. citizen.
+ Must possess excellent command of Kurdish (target languages) & English verbal skills; Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) proficiency level 3 in target language and proficiency level 2+ in English based on oral and written language skills examination
+ Must hold a current U.S. passport. (Or apply as soon as accepted into the program).
+ Must possess an active Secret clearance for access to classified information.
+ Must be willing to work in Kuwait and other locals in the Middle East.
+ Must be willing to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24 x 7 operations.
+ Must have familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs.
+ Must be under the age of 65 and able to meet the army MOD15 medical and dental qualifications.
+ If between the ages of 59-64, must be able to provide proof of holding a college degree for residency requirements.
