What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop original design concepts for digital campaigns, packaging, logos, banners, and more
• Work closely with celebrity

The Public Relations Coordinator will handle all administrative responsibilities for the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Commerce, Union of Coops, Municipality, and local government officials.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders across GTRC regarding tasks related to government officials (MOH, MOC, Municipality, UOC).
• Type all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, agendas, and trackers.
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data; maintain a proper filing system for the department.
• Organize and prepare ministry files and respective invoices.
• Prepare all requirements for product registration.
• Follow up daily with all ministries to ensure products are listed on time.
• Handle shipment invoices and necessary clearances properly.
• Support the department with all administrative tasks as required.
• Manage the department's stationery supplies.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the PR manager.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Excellent typing skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

AIU is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visuals. From concept to completion, you’ll lead diverse design projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure every piece reflects AIU’s high standards and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original artworks and set project visual course.
• Develop & conceptualize designs and animations using illustrations, info-graphics, image manipulation, graphical compositions etc.
• Retouch and enhance digital assets collected through photo and video shoots.
