Strategy Formulation:
- Develop the Supply Chain Division’s strategic objectives and KPIs in line with IEPC's overall business strategy and ensure all employees are working towards the achievement of the same.

2. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.
3. Oversee the product and material planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product launches.
4. Oversee the management of third-party logistics and inspections contracts to ensure excellent service levels are achieved and the quality of service is maintained at a high standard with responsibility for logistics spending.
5. Deliver a comprehensive suite of procurement and supply chain services to all lEPC's operational departments.
6. Collaborate with the management of supplier companies to resolve economic and supply availability issues that affect business plans.

8. Translate the needs of IEPC in a way that enables, encourages, and invites the supply base to collaborate with the company in providing products and solutions of superior quality and value that satisfy clients' needs.
9. Direct the logistics, clearance, and receiving processes for items purchased at IEPC.
Direct the Warehouse activities with respect to the warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain management, ensuring implementation of the same in line with the Warehouse's quality standards
10. Ensure that regular checks, aging analysis, and material movement documentation are conducted regularly.
11. Oversee the development and implementation of the liquidation plan in order to speed up the movement of slow/obsolete items
12. Oversee the process of stock control, receiving, storing, and dispatching of items in/out of the warehouse
13. Ensure the maintenance of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and implementation of related activities at maximum efficiency
14. Ensure all vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation has been done by relevant department under the control of the Logistics Department
15. Oversee the maintenance of data management system to ensure the coordination of all vehicles according to set schedules and requests
16. Oversee the maintenance, updating, and security of the Logistics Department's database, including all documents related to sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
17. Perform ad hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure implementation of workplace health, safety, and environment policies and procedures. Ensure departmental reports are available on demand for ensuring compliance with ISO health, safety, and environment requirements during any third-party or insurance inspections.

Continuous Improvement
