Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools, along with a foundational understanding of printing machines and production processes. This role involves creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure brand consistency and design alignment
• Prepare print-ready files and oversee pre-press processes to ensure accurate output
• Operate or coordinate with printing machines and vendors to ensure quality control
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project archives
• Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and printing technologies
  
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software
• Basic knowledge of printing machines, color calibration, and print file preparation
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team, working on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support Calo’s growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and print
• Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts
• Own and evolve the brand visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team
• Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable)
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
• Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates
  
  

• 2–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns
