Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor precast materials quality.

All plants, equipments, instruments, and apparatus are regularly checked and calibrated.

Materials are carefully maintained, stockpile, and produced complying with international standards. The parameters are complied and attested by external third-party laboratory.

Ensure that all activities are strictly followed with the current Company Policy and Legislation in particular with respect to Health & Safety.

Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing equipment.

Check and review the site report.

Directly inspect and control the activities of the Laboratory.

Requirements

A degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience In The Same Field.

Good communications skills (Verbal/Writing).

18 - Transferable residency.

Kuwait driving license is a plus.

Able to join asap.

**Responsibilities**
- Make recommendations for improvements to quality control procedures.
- Document problems and produce reports on quality control issues.

- Provide support and investigation when clients raise complaints about food quality-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science-related course.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as quality control in a catering/diet concept is a must.
- Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety for catering certified.
- Effective usage of data analysis tools.
- Strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.
- Experienced in handling Local Inspections or any type of food safety audits.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Inspection & testing of incoming materials, preparing reports for submission to concerned departments.
- Inspection & testing of in-process products every hour and preparing reports for submission to production.
- Ensure the quality checks are carried out as per predefined schedules.
- Perform calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Initiate corrective actions to have final products with required specifications.
- Update and maintain all documentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
- Report to QC Manager of any quality deviations, unusual product observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling.
- Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental standards as per local authorities and international regulations.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- 3-5 years sound knowledge & experience in QMS for industrial manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge of modern quality control techniques and processes.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
1. Review Business Requirements, System Requirements and Wireframes for different Products/Projects to assure its completeness, correctness and consistency.

4. Provide proper estimation for their allocated Tasks on Products/Projects.

Conducts initial inspections upon delivery of equipment and records data information for the processing of maintenance work orders; troubleshoots identified faults and in-process inspections as required during their pair phase. Conducts a final inspection upon completion of maintenance repairs to ensure quality product outputs are met. Prepares records of inspection/tests and make them available to the QA/QC Department. Verifies procedures being used are adequate for the effective control of quality, rejects defective workmanship and materials, verifies and certifies the test results on supporting documents. Provides guidance and technical assistance to shop maintenance personnel on inspection principles of workmanship, procedures to be employed, and quality of work expected. Job Summary

The SCM Analyst is responsible to improve distribution processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to assess, refine and develop customer centric and streamlined processes. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify the root causes of inefficiencies within the distribution. This involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data throughout the functions
• Generate KPI reports and dashboards to provide insights into the performance of the distribution and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and optimize existing processes. This may involve streamlining workflows, building new processes, and implementing best practices to improve overall operational efficiency
• Work closely with the IT team to roll out various digitization initiatives, including enhancements in last-mile delivery and order management systems etc.
• Track and analyze Net Promoters scores to ensure a delightful customer experience
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a role such as Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst
• Proficient experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with various aspects of supply chain processes.
• Competent in using MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Possesses an analytical mindset coupled with strong business acumen.
