Hotel Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests' needs are met and that staff members are providing excellent service. The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, preparing budgets and financial statements, negotiating contracts, and providing leadership to the hotel staff.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in hospitality management, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication abilities are also required. The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once is essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 per month along with other benefits such as health insurance and paid leave.

What You Will Do

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
  
  

• One+ year experience working in a five-star hotel housekeeping is considered an asset

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and customer satisfaction. The Hotel Manager will report directly to the hotel owners.

1. Manage all aspects of hotel operations including staff recruitment, development and training, budgeting and forecasting, customer service, housekeeping, and sales and marketing initiatives.
