Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing our website and mobile app to drive growth, enhance the user experience, maximize sales opportunities, and support overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will also contribute to the broader marketing strategy across other brands within Nasco Group.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end online merchandising: product creation, categorization, pricing, enabling/disabling products, management of SKU changes, payment flow testing, and more
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely online stock availability
Test and implement new website features; troubleshoot and ensure optimal functionality
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and upload campaign banners on both web and app platforms
Adapt sizes of campaign banners to add on both web and app during campaigns
Planning and execution of email marketing and push notifications
Track and analyze online sales and website traffic using Magento dashboards, Google Analytics, and other internal dashboards
Optimize product visibility using SEO best practices
Identify trends and insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates
ProfileRequirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or Other Related Field
Hands on experience using e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other professional design platforms is an advantage
Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
