About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Assistant to join Sports & Leisure at Jumeirah Messilah Beach . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain and up sell the facilities and services available.
• Assist in answering all telephone communication within three rings observing standards, etiquette, and patience at all times. Handle guest messages and communication needs accurately.
• Ensure guests are directed to desired locations and connected with the appropriate service.
• Schedule reservations of Personal Trainers for guests and coordinate staff schedule to ensure prompt service.
• Assist with administration duties: filing, products supply inventory and other duties required to support management and operations.
• To report all problems and or complaints related to the S&L. Communicate via logbook & staff meetings, depending upon urgency.
• To liaise with all related departments confirm reservations, process engineering requests and maintain cleanliness.
• To understand all current activities & promotions within S&L & Hotel.
• Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating and closing procedures.
• Participate in any scheduled training programs and attend the internal S&L meetings.
• Record in appropriate logbook any guest requests, complaints or engineering requests.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in same role in five stars hotel.
• Fit, positive personality and presentable.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team in Bayan, providing personalized training sessions to clients of all fitness levels. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized workout plans and providing one-on-one coaching to help clients achieve their fitness goals. You must have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
- Create personalized workout plans for each client based on their goals and fitness level
- Provide one-on-one coaching during training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition to support their fitness goals
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer or related role
- Hold a valid certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
