• Progress monitoring includes preparing and issuing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, generating short-term look-ahead plans, and conducting site visits to verify progress. Coordination with other departments requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, logistics, human resources, and safety teams to ensure support for site execution and raising alerts for deviations from the plan.
• Resource and manpower planning involves forecasting requirements, coordinating with HR and logistics for staff mobilization and demobilization, and tracking resource deployment.
• Financial and cost management support entails billing schedules, payment claims, cash flow forecasting, and monitoring budget versus actuals.
• Regulatory compliance ensures planning aligns with Kuwait Municipality and Public Authority for Housing Welfare standards, along with maintaining documentation for inspection approvals, statutory clearances, and site-specific fire and environmental regulations.
• Documentation and record-keeping requires maintaining all records and ensuring audit readiness.

KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Lead Construction Engineer - Piping for 5‑year PMC contract for the supply of Programme Management services with Kuwait Oil Company. The contract serves to support KOC to achieve its objectives of reaching optimum capacity in its oilfields and enhancing its facilities by the most efficient and economical means available.

What You'll Do

• Management, control, coordination and supervision services as well as assistance for the assigned project including budget formulation, cost control and quality assurance.
