Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Directs and coordinates the operation of Recombining.
• Ensures mechanical efficiency of the equipment.
• Ensures economical efficiency of the equipment.
• Monitoring & optimizing the preventive maintenance program in Maximo.
• Coordinating with production for executing preventive maintenance at the daily production meeting.
• Attend and analyze the root cause for selective maintenance and breakdowns.
• Optimizing of Recombining to achieve better efficiency and low wastages.
• Ensure critical parameters are maintained.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are maintained.
• Plans, follows up, and controls works as scheduled.
• Ensures preventive maintenance works are performed and consumption of spare parts and other materials monitored into Maximo.
• Review and improve preventive maintenance program in accordance with the local requirements.
• Directs the shift engineers/technicians to sustain and continuously improve efficiencies.
• Accountable for the total efficiencies of Recombining.
• Provides support when needed to resolve technical issues in the section and other departments for welders & machinists.
• Ensure efficient running of the Recombining, machine shop, welders workshop, and BT Transporters.

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferred Electrical Engineering.
• Work Experience: 10 years relevant hands-on professional experience.

Required Professional Skills:

• Supervising
• Welding and fabrication management
• Computer literacy: MS Office, Oracle & all related software programs
• Must be trained on Recombining expert level.
• Battery operated transporters basic knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that main contractors, technicians, and sub-contractors follow the defined safety guidelines and rules at work.

• 100% compliance with Approval Matrix.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent stream.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the market and HVAC Controls/BMS products/Chiller Plant Manager.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Team player with excellent negotiation and computer skills.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in English; Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.

Security Systems Technician / PSEP - TS/SCI

The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Security Systems Technician / PSEP to join our mission critical team in Kuwait.


Responsibilities:

• Candidate will have knowledge in computer system maintenance, assorted software versions and enhancements, analysis and test.

• Subject matter expert level knowledge with configuration management, installation practices and regulations, research and identify replacement Logical Replacement Units (LRU) for equipment and system upgrades of proprietary systems, and quality assurance practices and requirements.

• Knowledge in Electromagnetic Capability (EMC) and the functional application of Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analysis.

• Conduct maintenance to LENEL (On-Guard) security equipment and peripherals.

• Conduct maintenance on the installed electronic security system at all supported MSCs.

• Installation and maintenance on a variety of GSA Electromechanical Locks (X-09, X10, LKM 10K etc.) and GSA storage containers and vaults.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen

• Active TS/SCI clearance required

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university with eight years’ experience in physical security systems; or 10 years of Military or civilian equivalent technical training.

• Required to have at least two years’ experience working with unique software applications, and experience working with server configuration, administration and network support.

• Maintain ADVANTOR License Authorization and requisite training level to conduct maintenance to ADVANTOR ESS.

• Maintain GSA Certified Safe and Vault Technician Certification.
