Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot problems on Tractors.
2. Troubleshoot & Overhaul all Diesel Engines.
3. Troubleshoot & Overhaul Gear Box / Transmissions on Tractors.
4. Troubleshoot & Overhaul High Pressure Reciprocating Pumps – (Power End).
5. Troubleshoot & Overhaul complete Centrifugal Pumps.
6. Troubleshoot & Overhaul Pneumatic Systems provided on Units.
7. Troubleshoot & Overhaul Hydraulic System provided on Units.
8. Troubleshoot & Repair Instruments and Instrument Systems provided on all Units.
9. Ability to carry out Fabrications & Welding.
10. Ability to carry out Welding to a certified quality.
11. Be available on Short Notice to visit the job sites or on the highway for equipment breakdown.
12. Must be able to perform troubleshooting and overhauling on Non Standard Equipment like different types of engines, transmission, different makes of tractor heads, etc. or where there is No Part Book Manuals available for the equipment.
13. Ability to identify and stock right spares inventory while going through parts manual.

Education / Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates having High School or Technical Trade Certificate or Diploma.

6 - 8 years relevant experience in an oil field company.

Must have Kuwait Light / Heavy Duty Driving License.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kuwait. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities in our restaurants. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants are in optimal condition and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the restaurant equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, cooking equipment, and plumbing fixtures.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Preferred Candidate

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and cooking equipment.

Maintenance Technician - Utility is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems, including ammonia Cooling Plant, HVAC, boilers, compressors, chillers, water treatment, and other essential plant utilities. The role ensures equipment efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ammonia cooling plants, boilers, pumps, air compressors, PHE HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment plants to ensure continuous operation.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues in utility equipment.
3. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
4. Record and report maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare part usage.
5. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utility equipment.
6. Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
7. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols.
8. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
9. Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for maintenance tasks.
10. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support.

Required Qualification
