Job Description

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or onsite visit ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct regular system updates and maintenance checks to enhance performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues, proactively identifying potential risks.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain data security and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools to provide innovative solutions for users.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to diagnosing issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the IT field.

• System Administration:
