**Scope of Work**:
To be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance of factory and equipment at Advanced Food Industries (AFI). Troubleshooting and repair of AC units, ducting, piping, lifts, shutter doors and elevators in the factory. To maintain all production machines to avoid downtime, optimize the productivity, quality and machine efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance issues in the factory.
- In-charge of the repair of all AC units and elevators in the Factory
- Undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repair and condition monitoring activities of factory and equipment.
- Report to Maintenance Manager on status of machine breakdowns.
- Implement the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance efficiently.
- Attend to the production machine breakdowns.
- Conduct the daily maintenance task.

- Work in conjunction with Maintenance Team on daily basis.
- Identify creative ways to reduce cost by repairing defective machine parts.
- Responsible for machine performance issues and attend to machine breakdowns.
- Responsible for ensuring that a clean, organize and hazard free working environment is maintained to defined standards.
