**Position**
Sales Coordinator
**مسؤوليات منسق المبيعات**:
**مساعدة إدارة المبيعات بحصر العملاء لعرض سلع و خدمات الشركة، والرد على استفسارات العملاء و توفير خدمة الدعم والمتابعة للعملاء.**
**وتوفير الدعم الداخلي لفريق المبيعات عن طريق تسجيل معلومات العملاء و فرص المبيعات على برامج الجداول و العمل مع فريق التسويق لتجهيز جميع المستندات المطلوبة لفريق المبيعات و العمل على استراتيجيات الوصول إلى العملاء.**
**يتطلب المنصب شخص لديه خبرة من 1-3 سنوات في نفس المجال و لديه الحافز أن يحقق أهداف المبيعات و خدمة لعملاء.**
**Responsibilities**:
Supporting daily sales team activities as required for and on behalf of the sales management team
Generate sales leads for outbound sales and track leads using spreadsheets and CRM
Management of salesman and customer/photography samples
Purchase order and sample request entry and maintenance
Create and update available-to-sell reports
Communicate with customers on purchase order and delivery/shipping updates
Handle customer care inquiries and sales inquiries
Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generate support materials for local/digital sales
Assist sales and cross-functional teams with other special projects as needed
Analyze the sales performance
Assist with internal negotiations
Should maintain an accurate record of all sales or complaints.
Should develop in-depth knowledge of smart products.
**Requirements and skills**:
0-3 years experience in a related field
Should be able to create ideas for content marketing and update the website.
Previous work experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices
Highly motivated and target driven
Able to handle communication with customers including problem solving
Excellent analytical, data gathering, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Openness to feedback
**Salary**: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Administrate sales activities in terms of customer visits (as applicable), sales analysis and products delivery to ensure customer satisfaction which include but not limited to following duties:
- Prepare sales quotation through coordination with sales team and sales manager
- Schedule sales team visiting reports and do proper analysis of sales team target visits
- Update Social Media channels with marketing materials as required

- Receive incoming calls at the call center. Maintain COMPANY standard etiquettes for calls (i.e., greeting and being polite).
- Analyze the type of call and ensure proper understanding of the customer need, taking necessary actions based on the need.

- Handle all customer complaints. Receive, log, coordinate, prepare necessary documents, escalate, open tickets, and resolve all customer complaints depending on the severity, type of complaint, and as per COMPANY guidelines on standard complaint handling processes.
- Coordinate with customers, prepare, and forward any claim documents to the relevant department as per the claim process.
- Coordinate and facilitate any investigation for lost or damaged shipments with customers and/or any other COMPANY internal departments.
- Ensure all customer service reports and data are provided to the Supervisor/Manager on time and as per set deadlines.
- Ensure all customer service-related documents are retained, filed, and archived as per COMPANY standards.
- Perform any other assignments as required/requested by your supervisor or manager.
