**Who are we looking for?***:
Lead and direct the effective and efficient management of the Our Org deployment while working with different stakeholders. The role is a strategic leader with deep experience on process design packages and engineering design to implement technologies at Our Org through internal/ JV/ external projects. It requires to establish appropriate interactions with key internal stakeholders like the Licensing Out department, BU T&I, SBUs, E&PM, and external stakeholders as well. It involves managing proactively to anticipate future needs as well as reacting to situations that arise and also ensures compliance with License and Engineering Agreements Terms with Licensee.

**Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Chemical Engineering field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in licensing technologies.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Managerial role

**Duties and **responsibilities**
***:

- Develop deployment plan for all our Org utilizing internal resources and capabilities. This requires working closely with BU T&Is and Licensing Out Department to prepare the needed packages during various stages of Engineering.
- Leads project execution by represent our Org licensor for fulfilling License obligations during commissioning and start-up activities.
- Leads engagement with proprietary equipment vendors for our Org, to maximize the revenues for smooth execution of our Org, its Affiliates, its JVs complex mega projects globally.
- Leads project management for all our Org deployment with managing dispute cases negotiation and resolution with respect to change orders and scope changes in License and Engineering Agreements
- Leads with clear direction, guidance; supervise, inspire, mentor and lead a group of process Engineers for smooth start-up and performance guarantee runs
- Leads management of IP revenue streams of our Org, its affiliates co-ownership with third parties
- Engage with key stakeholders throughout our Org and externally to ensure alignment. Establish appropriate interactions with key internal stakeholders like the Licensing Out department, BU T&I, SBUs, E&PM, and external stakeholders as well.
- Lead, Manage & train team for SABIC, SABIC Affiliates, its JVs complex mega projects globally.

What You'll Do

  • Management, control, coordination and supervision services as well as assistance for the assigned project inclusive of budget formulation, cost control and quality assurance.
  • Management of support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement and management of construction contractors appointed by the Client.
  • Management of services for Oil & Gas production activities including start-up and initial operations assistance as well as operational personnel and systems as required by the Client.
  • Reports to the Line Manager and is authorized to deputize for him during his absence with a proven track record of managing multi-projects in general and Design & Engineering and Construction function in particular, in the oil and gas industry
  • Is responsible for developing the overall strategy for soil remediation in the assigned areas, it includes contracting strategies and management of contractors.
  • Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects such as FEED (front end engineering design) studies and preparation, ITB (invitation to bid) check estimate preparation, LSTK (lump sum turnkey) tender package preparation are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
  • Act as primary technical coordination interface with client to ensure that the client’s expectations are satisfied.
  • Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.

  • Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.

Client Relationships

  • Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
  • Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arises

Scope Management

  • Compliance with WPMP (Worley Project Management Plan)
  • Compliance with requirements of the contract.

  • Achievement of claims mitigation and claims management if appropriate.

Cost Control

  • Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.
  • Promotes implementation of VIP (value improving practices) on the assigned project to achieve overall effectiveness of the use of capital on projects.

Quality Management

  • Contributes to compliance with Worley policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Worley engineering and procurement systems and procedures.

Team Management

  • Focuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.
  • Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.

Design Management

  • Sets clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.
  • Ensures design team aware of, and complies with, applicable regulations and codes.
  • Manages inter-discipline interfaces effectively.

Primary objective:

  • To coordinate implementation of the KOC PMC Safety policies, HSE Management System and Project specific HSE Management Plans as they apply to the project. Ensure that the site complies with the relevant HSE Legislation and KOC HSE requirements.
  • Develop and implement the project HSE MS.
  • Develop and maintain Statistical data for the Project.
  • Prepare reports as required for the WorleyParsons KOC PMC HSEQ Manager.

Specific Accountabilities :

  • Monitor the EPC contractor HSE Management System and provide advice and assistance to EPC HSE managers so they comply in a consistent way to reduce the risk to the project employees and the environment.
  • Ensure the EPC contractors develop implement and maintain a specific project Risk Management Plan.
  • Ensure EPC contractor subcontractor selection (ITB) processes are developed and implemented on a timely basis in accordance with KOC expectations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the EPC contractor management team on HSE issues through the interpretation of KOC policies and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure EPC contractors establish and maintain statistical data concerning all matters of health and safety, training programs with which to provide a basis for development of further health and safety activities, to highlight trends for future action.
  • Monitor compliance with all Kuwait legislative requirements including the dissemination of information to PMC and EPC managers and employees regarding amendments/ additions to requirements as they come into effect.
  • Review EPC contractor Safety Management System and advise of required changes.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOC, regulatory bodies and EPC contractor to foster the professional image of WorleyParsons.
  • Visit the project site on a regular basis to ensure interest and awareness of HSE is maintained, conduct regular safety talks and safety training sessions relative to the nature of activities being undertaken

Other key activities shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Diligently visit site and with the EPC contractor implement safety measures-promote/ensure safe work practices.
  • Ensure quality safety observation program is implemented and maintained on each site/project and ensure follow up on findings.
  • Assist EPC contractor construction management personnel in identifying hazards and in planning and organizing the work such that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Assist EPC sub contractor Safety advisors and site management in the development and revision of specific site safety programmes.
  • Maintain a HS&E audit and assessment program for the location.
  • Carry out regular inspections of the work areas with the respective EPC contractor line manager and or HSE representative and prepare reports.
  • Disseminate safety information throughout the workplace via bulletin boards, posters, newsletters etc.
  • Assist EPC contractor line management and or construction supervisors in accident investigation process and report accordingly.
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to continually improve, achieve and maintain stated safety performance and goal.
  • Ensure HSE safety inductions are undertaken in accordance with the EPC contractor SMS requirements for all new employees of the company and its subcontractors.
  • Monitor the availability and use of safety apparel and equipment.
  • Provide advice to the EPC subcontractor supervision on the development of project specific procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) training.
  • Advise subcontractor supervisory staff and employees in the implementation of strategies to identify and control potential hazards and in the use of the hierarchy of controls.
  • Ensure all lines of communication on HSE-matters remain open and effective between all parties particularly KOC, WorleyParsons, EPC contractors and their sub-contractors.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering
  • Minimum years total post-graduation experience.
  • Minimum experience in a Lead HSE Engineer role.
  • Shall have practical experience in managing HSE in projects.
  • Must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and norms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven track record of successful project management.
  • Must be experienced in managing HSE discipline engineers.
  • Experienced with implementing ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas Industry.
  • PMC experience
  • Must possess at least at least one of the following internationally recognised HSE qualifications by a reputable professional association:
    NEBOSH, CSP, ASP, CMIOSH or equivalent.

Job Purpose:

The Risk & Project Management Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting Taiba Hospital’s risk management efforts. This includes proactively identifying, analyzing, investigating, and mitigating clinical and operational risks to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees. The role also supports data-driven quality improvement and safety initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, with a focus on regulatory readiness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee incident reporting processes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure timely follow-up and analysis.
  • Investigate safety events, patient complaints, and near misses; support Root Cause Analysis and mortality reviews.
  • Identify trends in incidents and risks; escalate and recommend preventive actions to leadership.
  • Support the integration of automated tools to improve data collection, accuracy, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads, clinicians, and the Patient Experience team to resolve risk-related concerns.
  • Facilitate risk-related education and training to promote staff awareness and safety culture.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness through proper documentation and risk governance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
  • Formal training or certification in Risk Management is preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of patient safety principles, risk management frameworks, and performance improvement tools.
  • Familiarity with hospital operations, routines, and healthcare regulations, particularly Joint Commission (JCI) standards.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in healthcare risk management or quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Description
ATLAS is seeking an experienced and operationally agile Project Manager to lead the execution of Translation and Linguistic Services (TLS) in support of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) deployed to the Middle East. Based primarily in Kuwait with oversight of linguist teams in Jordan, the PM will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of contract implementation meet or exceed mission and performance standards.

This role serves as the central point of contact between the Contractor, NATO's support agency (NSPA), and the CAF. It requires a decisive, organized, and mission-aligned leader capable of driving high-performance operations in multilingual, multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Contractor's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all locations and operational matters.
  • Represent the Contractor in all day-to-day activities, including meetings, reporting, and audits.
  • Ensure the delivery of all contract services per the Statement of Work.
  • Maintain 24/7 availability for coordination and operational oversight.
  • Lead and supervise linguist teams across Kuwait and Jordan.
  • Support operational tasking, deployment planning, and surge requirements.
  • Coordinate with NSPA and CAF to resolve any service delivery issues.
  • Ensure timely submission of all reports and deliverables, including KPIs.
  • Uphold contract compliance with safety, quality, security, and personnel standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • U.S. or Canadian citizenship.
  • Hold at a minimum, an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proven experience in the management of similar projects.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English at a TOEIC level between 785-940 or equivalent (ILR 3+).
  • Willing to deploy to Kuwait and/or Jordan.

Desired

  • Ability to speak Arabic (Standard or Golf dialect).
  • Experience managing linguist or translation service programs.
  • Familiarity with NATO, NSPA, or Canadian Armed Forces operational environments.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally in the government or public sector.
