The Purpose

Responsible for tracking, analysing and presenting B2B performance against targets and competition across business segments. Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly trend analysis of B2B KPI’s

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

Ability to reconcile systems and reports and create KPI’s to match the business needs.

Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Monitor Product profitability

Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

Minimum 4 years’ experience in boutique fitness, including leadership/operations Certifications: Lagree Level 1 & 2 (mandatory) At least 2–3 additional certifications (Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Functional Strength) PT certification is a plus Advanced English (spoken & written) Proven track record in leadership, operations, and client retention Comfortable with social media, camera presence, and content creation Inspiring, professional, solution-oriented, and aligned with luxury boutique culture Role & Responsibilities

Deliver 5–6 classes per day across multiple modalities Create new programs & signature formats aligned with the brand identity Manage daily operations (scheduling, quality assurance, client communication) Mentor and develop trainers for future growth Provide solutions and leadership in operational challenges Represent the brand in marketing campaigns & social media content Lead workshops and events to enhance community engagement Build and sustain strong client relationships Compensation & Benefits
