The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of small to medium-sized projects or projects of low complexity.

• Receives a project assignment from the COO during the proposal stage.

• Participates in preparing the proposal with the Business Development Team and Heads of Departments.

• Assists in preparing the contractual agreement with the client.

• Must be capable and experienced, with authority to represent the firm in dealings with clients and to direct project work.

• Manages client expectations effectively.

• Maintains close contact with current and potential clients during the project to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepares and manages all correspondence with clients, sub-consultants, and specialists.

• Administers sub-consultancy contracts.

• Ensures proper project documentation, filing, and communication procedures are followed in line with the firm's standards.

• Responsible for the quality of work submitted to clients.

• Prepares the project budget for the Director's approval.

• Provides accurate updates on the percentage of work completed.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or Project Management.

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in design and/or design management, including at least 3 years in project design management.

Knowledge of project management software is highly desirable.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects from conception to completion. You must have the ability to organize and manage resources and personnel to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in project management and should demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. You must also have the ability to remain calm under pressure and lead a team effectively. Previous experience dealing with international teams is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing project plans, including goals, milestones, tasks, budgets, deadlines, resources, etc.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of projects according to the project plan
• Monitoring progress of projects and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Identifying potential risks/obstacles that could affect the progress of projects and determining solutions accordingly
• Liaising with stakeholders throughout the entire duration of projects
• Ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time
• Establishing effective working relationships with clients/stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
