Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that generate leads for our business. You will lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms, as well as manage budgets, resources, and staff.
Job Duties
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that integrate digital and traditional channels such as paid search, SEO/SEM, display advertising, content marketing, social media marketing and email campaigns.
• Analyze customer insights to inform strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage budgeting processes to ensure campaigns remain within budget parameters.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics in order to drive maximum ROI.
• Establish relationships with vendors in order to secure the best deals on media buys.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product management, customer service and IT teams in order to create synergies between departments.
• Develop compelling copy for use in all collateral materials including brochures, website copy and emails.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven record of success in driving results from integrated campaigns across multiple channels including digital and traditional media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas both verbally and visually.
• Proven track record of project management skills with attention to detail regarding budgets and timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits: This position will offer a competitive base salary of 1200KD per month plus benefits including health insurance coverage. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this position
