As the birth place of Cari, Kuwait has very specific needs when it comes to logistics and food delivery, so we are looking for a logistics operations coordinator who can take part in our drive to provide top notch delivery services for both our partners and customers.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Monitoring the food order life cycle, from the time it is placed to the time it is delivered.
- Managing order assignment based on rider availability.
- Identifying and troubleshooting rider issues, with an aim at improving rider performance.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to maximize efficiency and customer/partner experience.
**Requirements**:
**We want to hear from you if**:
- You have a good knowledge of Kuwait's geographic areas.
- Have previous experience with delivery operations (experience with food delivery services is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (excel, outlook)
- Have exceptional time management and communication skills
- Can work under tremendous pressure, especially during peak delivery hours
- Have no issues working on a shift basis, 6 days a week.
- Currently reside in Kuwait and have a **_valid_**, **_transferrable_** Article 18 visa
