JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for developing a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch’s Geographical reach by implementing company commercial strategies and products with the aim of accelerating growth.

He/She will ensure delivery of significant P&L contributions within the Branch by controlling margins within its own BOB.

This position requires strong communication skills and Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast paced, dynamic Freight-Forwarding Field Sales environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage Book of Business (BOB) ensuring constant growth in Volume, Revenue and Margin
• Grant constant growth of the BCO composition of the above: Hunting as % of Farming
• Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market.
• Liaise with Branch Operations in order to ensure proper SOPs are customized around client needs.
• Assist BOB clients in their day-by-day requests related to export/import quotations/negotiations in order to ensure proper opportunity closing.
• Liaise with internal Network and external Partner Agents in order to guarantee the best possible service assistance to working opportunities.
• Work with the CRM system in order to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity that will be base for Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
• Stay updated about local regulations, industry, new practices and any enhancements.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.

SKILLS

• Freight Forwarding – Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Execution Sales Skills – Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
• Agile Skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
• Computer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

V2X has a requirement for Sr. Logistics Specialist for the TSS Program, Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Sr. Logistics Specialist will report directly to the V2X Property Administrator and ensure the proper administration and synchronization of all GFP. The successful candidate must be a United States citizen, with proof of citizenship and a current U.S. passport. Required Hours: Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s), and a standard 40-hour work week while at CONUS work sites. Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the V2X Property Administrator in managing property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or in-country policy. Assist the V2X Property Administrator with performing all aspects of administrative and technical property administration and coordination work with Teammates across various training platforms (e.g., receiving, inspection, inventory scheduling, movement, hand receipts, storage management, cataloging, property utilization, sub-contractor hand receipts, LTDDs, disposition and task order close outs) related to depot, local, or other supply activities at various sites. Assist with maintaining property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment utilizing PCARSS. Assist with managing LTDDs via the DLA-PIEE e-tools website and arranges for disposal of damaged or obsolete material/equipment in accordance with the FAR policy throughout assigned efforts. Assist with maintaining database of various types of files to include Purchase Orders/Receiving, Return to Vendor, IMEX, Inventory, LTDD, PCARSS, Movement of property, DD1149 and DD250. Assist V2X MPM with the management and coordination of property and logistics matters across various Sub-TFAs. Responsible for coordinating and assisting with the management of inventory schedules for all property and materiel; to include sub-contractor inventory. Utilize the Aging Report as an enhancement for local property. Responsible for coordinating accuracy of initial and replacement material/equipment procurement through established systems, specifically, ensuring accurate procurement efforts are in synch with the property locations and storerooms and proper identification of property classification and all required FAR data fields are populated in MAXIMO. Perform planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of materials and equipment to support logistic needs within MAXIMO (virtually) and through other means (Freight Forwarders, coordinates ITARS/IMEX. Coordinates required documents for Customs and Property Pick up at Central Receiving Points. Participate in Government Acceptance Tests (GAT) and Task Order Close-Out Joint Inventories, as required. Ability to provide advice on government regulations/FAR pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy. Responsible for the accuracy of supply records in MAXIMO. Monitor actions pertaining to Return-To-Vendor (RTV) documentation. Responsible for other duties as assigned/directed by the Program Manager. Required Skills: Have 4 years direct experience in the property or supply fields. Knowledgeable on working with other sub-contractors.
