We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary operations in All Day Dinning Restaurant with excellence and creativity. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food standards, manage kitchen staff, and collaborate on menu development while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. What You Will Do Lead and supervise culinary team in daily operations across multiple outlets.
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Ensure all kitchen areas comply with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Manage requisitions, inventory, and ensure timely preparation of all products.
Train, motivate, and conduct performance evaluations for kitchen staff.
Monitor equipment functionality and kitchen cleanliness.
Support guest recognition initiatives and handle special dietary or amenity requests.
Collaborate on F&B-related projects, packaging, and marketing.
Adhere to Four Seasons food standards, health regulations, and core policies.
What You Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of international and alternative cuisine, including halal and spa cuisine.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
Certified in food safety and sanitation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with kitchen systems and reports.

ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for managing the kitchen operations for the assigned cinema site and leading the culinary team. This person is accountable for the kitchen's inventory, financials including food cost, consumables, training and development of the culinary team, food and hygiene and health and safety, to deliver consistent quality, whilst enhancing customer experience.
ROLE PROFILE Supervision, development and performance management of all culinary staff. Maintain good morale within the kitchen to promote a successful team. Maintain the cleanliness, food handling and food safety regulations on a daily basis. To ensure smooth daily operations and food quality consistent with VOX Standards. Ensure staff personal hygiene standards are met and maintained. To offer alternatives or make necessary changes to menu items, based on special dietary needs and requirements of guests. To ensure that preparations for food are done with the highest regard to maximum yield and minimum wastage in accordance with the food cost targets to maximize revenue. Ensure up-to-date product knowledge, including dietary types of all foods, plating, cooking methods.
REQUIREMENTS Completed Chef training course or culinary training for minimum of 1 year. Experience in 5 star hotel chain preferred. Minimum of 2 years working in Middle East based operation. Experience in Sous Chef position or similar position necessary. Leadership skills and training skills. Computer literacy with MS Office applications and inventory systems.
