Restaurant Manager - Malayalee Preferred (Ar Rumaythiyah)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has a strong understanding of Malayalee culture and cuisine.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive customer experience. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
