We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure all ingredients, packaging, equipment and services are of the highest quality and delivered on time. We’re looking for someone focused on increasing productivity by introducing smart sourcing solutions and agile services to decrease manual work.

The ideal candidate has great analytical skills, leadership skills, food equipment technical skills, food ingredients technical skills, also has the ability to identify the most profitable offers, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency by having outstanding service level with optimum cost and optimum inventory level.

• Responsible for capital equipment, services, food ingredients, packaging sourcing and procurement activities within assigned categories/locations
• Collaborates with the project team to establish requirements and execute the full sourcing process to meet the defined technical scope of projects
• Develop, lead and execute food and non-food sourcing strategies
• Work closely with the Operations team, Automation team, and Maintenance teams to enable fast execution of assets/ equipment procurement decisions
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
• Communicate with stakeholders (Supply chain, engineering, Finance, and kitchen team) to ensure clear requirements and services documentation
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers for Kitchen equipment and services
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand while determining the quantity and timing of deliveries

You will be responsible for handling day to day purchasing activities, as directed by the Assistant Manager Purchase and ensuring that all requests to purchase are processed in an effective and timely manner.

• Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority;

The Procurement Executive is an essential role within the organization, focusing on the efficient procurement of parts to meet sales, inventory, and profitability objectives. This position requires a strategic mindset to maximize return on investment while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Procurement Executive will assist in the daily operations of the parts procurement department, handling both local and overseas procurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing market demands while ensuring accurate data management and reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Control and maintain the parts procurement process to achieve objectives for sales, inventory, and profitability.
2. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the parts procurement department, focusing on local and overseas parts procurement.
3. Add new model parts identification and ensure accurate product information inputs and data encoding.
4. Follow up on parts claims processing, back orders, and conduct lead time analysis to optimize procurement efficiency.

8. Monitor consumption and demand of parts sales, recommending orders based on historical data and market needs.
9. Input orders into the Titan system, ensuring accurate processing and tracking of order status.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes that may impact procurement strategies and operations.

The Commercial Procurement Account Manager/Sr. is responsible for purchasing all company’s commercial requirements and handling communications with suppliers and internal requests.

1. Handle end-to-end procurement activities (RFQs, POs, tenders, evaluations)
