Under general guidance and direction from the Quality Engineer/Supervisor, the Quality Coordinator II is responsible for the implementation of daily Database Management of the Audit Checklists, ICAR/NCR & CAPs for the program.
Responsibilities

+ Maintain the audit, ICAR/NCR & corrective action database.
+ Assists process owners in corrective actions for non-conformances.
+ Assists process owners in the development and deployment of processes for the purpose of encouraging process improvement initiatives.
+ Assists operational areas in documenting processes, desk top guides, and in identifying and managing all quality records in accordance with all program requirements.
+ Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies
+ Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments, technology and processes.
+ Continuously improve performance based on the key performance indicators.
+ Provides leadership, mentoring and supervision assigned personnel. Analyzes and resolves or assists workers in solving work problems.

Qualifications
+ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
+ Works in a general office environment. However, duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures - up to 120 degrees in the summer months.
+ Potential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist.
+ Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.

Installs, troubleshoots and repairs a broad range of telecommunications cabling media to include coaxial, fiber optic, Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP), main feeder cable (200,400,600 pair etc). Installs cable racks, conduit, panduit, and other support structures for the protection and aesthetics of cables. Tests cable for signal quality, continuity, and availability. Terminates and splices both copper and fiber optic cable. Reports to Work Center Supervisor or Site Lead. Program: OMDAC-SWACA

Responsibilities
+ Pull telecommunications cabling through a wide variety of building architectures (both permanent and temporary, including tactical) through buried conduit (outside plant) routed between buildings, ceilings, raised floors and cable troths.
+ Operate trenching equipment and/or other heavy equipment as outlined in the performance work statement to complete mission requirements.
+ Terminate Category 5 UTP, coaxial, and fiber optic cables at designated work stations and in telecommunication closets and distribution frames.
+ Prepare telecommunications rooms/closets in buildings to function as central and secondary distribution nodes for telecommunications cabling networks.
+ Install hardware/systems such as cable trays, ladder racks, J-Hooks, and/or D-rings to support telecommunications cable pulls.
+ Test and certify Category 5 UTP cabling, fiber optic and main feeder cable with ohm meters, toners and Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR).
+ Splice copper and fiber optic cabling.
+ Troubleshoot and correct both copper and fiber optic cable problems for lack of continuity, noise, signal loss and degradation, improper termination, excessive loss and intermittent problems.
+ Establish and maintain cable records, use database software such as Remedy to track and control job orders, interpret drawings to troubleshoot, install and make recommendations for new facilities and upgrades.
+ Working environment will be 60% indoor, 35% outside, and 5% in manholes and handholds.
+ Required to climb ladders, enter confined spaces and drive over rough terrain.
+ Some maintenance will expose you to insulation, extreme heat, water, and heights.
+ Personnel will also be required to stand for long periods of time.

The VoIP/Video Engineer is a subject matter expert with an in-depth knowledge of voice routing communications in medium to large infrastructure and design. Data Center Network Engineers support the Enterprise-class infrastructure of the RCC-SWA. Data Center Storage Engineers support the enterprise storage infrastructure for all sites within the RCC-SWA Area of Responsibility and provide optimization, administration and technical documentation for the enterprise storage infrastructure. Responsibilities
+ Pull telecommunications cabling through a wide variety of building architectures (both permanent and temporary, including tactical) through buried conduit (outside plant) routed between buildings, ceilings, raised floors and cable troths.
+ Operate trenching equipment and/or other heavy equipment as outlined in the performance work statement to complete mission requirements.
+ Terminate Category 5 UTP, coaxial, and fiber optic cables at designated work stations and in telecommunication closets and distribution frames.
+ Prepare telecommunications rooms/closets in buildings to function as central and secondary distribution nodes for telecommunications cabling networks.
+ Install hardware/systems such as cable trays, ladder racks, J-Hooks, and/or D-rings to support telecommunications cable pulls.
+ Test and certify Category 5 UTP cabling, fiber optic and main feeder cable with ohm meters, toners and Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR).
+ Splice copper and fiber optic cabling.
+ Troubleshoot and correct both copper and fiber optic cable problems for lack of continuity, noise, signal loss and degradation, improper termination, excessive loss and intermittent problems.
+ Establish and maintain cable records, use database software such as Remedy to track and control job orders, interpret drawings to troubleshoot, install and make recommendations for new facilities and upgrades.
+ Working environment will be 60% indoor, 35% outside, and 5% in manholes and handholds.
+ Required to climb ladders, enter confined spaces and drive over rough terrain.
+ Some maintenance will expose you to insulation, extreme heat, water, and heights.
+ Personnel will also be required to stand for long periods of time.

Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs a broad range of telecommunications cabling media to include coaxial, fiber optic, Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP), main telephone feeder cable (200,400,600 pair etc.) via MDF's inside the telecommunication facility. Installs cable racks, conduit, Panduit, and other support structures for the protection and aesthetics of cables. Tests cable for signal quality, continuity, and availability. Terminates and splices both copper and fiber optic cable. Provides interconnection service inside the telecommunication facility and extends telecommunication links to the local (OSP) department. + Operate power tools and hand tools as outlined in the performance work statement to complete mission requirements.
+ Terminate Category 5 & 6 UTP, coaxial, telephone, and fiber optic cables at designated workstations inside the telecommunication facility and MDF distribution frames.
+ Prepare telecommunications MDF'S to function as central and secondary interconnection point for telecommunications cabling networks. Provide service at the demarcation MDF's to transfer (customer end user) service over to the OSP Outside Plant Department.
+ Install hardware/systems such as cable trays, ladder racks, J-Hooks, and/or D-rings to support telecommunications cable pulls.
+ Test and certify Category 5 & 6 UTP cabling, fiber optic and main feeder cable with ohm meters, toners, and Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR).
+ Splice copper and fiber optic cabling.

The Systems Administrator II is responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of site level servers. The candidate must be able to coordinate and oversee system backups, hardware installation, software installation, and system upgrades. The Electrical Metrology Engineer is the resident expert in his field and, in conjunction with the Kuwait Senior Engineer, provides engineering/consultant services to the Government of Kuwait (GOK). Conducts research and studies new equipment to ensure that the latest developments in technique and equipment are included in metrology planning for future acquisition. Assists in the development and implementation of a Metrology QA Program as required. Assists in obtaining and maintaining laboratory QA accreditation.
Assesses requirements and develops new measurement techniques and approaches related to electrical, electronic and microwave measurement areas. Develops, tests and evaluates new calibration methodology, as well as performs analysis and evaluation of equipment. Establishes test and performance criteria, and prescribes calibration approaches, tests, equipment and servicing requirements necessary to ensure measurement traceability. Directs, conducts and evaluates the development of calibration procedures for assigned equipment. Conducts liaison and coordinates with technical societies and engineering facilities of other countries to remain current with state-of-the- art and new measurement techniques.
Conducts detailed laboratory capability studies to achieve greater support efficiency. Develops laboratory operational, environmental, performance and safety criteria, and ensures implementation and maintenance.
