The job holder will be an integral part of the finance team, providing clear, accurate, and insightful business/financial analysis. They will also contribute to business planning and be involved in project work and/or specialist ad hoc reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business
- Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting, including:
- Business performance
- Balance scorecard
- Business development opportunities
- Budgets and forecasts
- Market and revenue analysis
- Promotions and pricing
- Capital expenditure approvals
- Cash flow and working capital
- Cost level analysis
- Customer profitability
Candidate Requirements
- Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent
- 1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance
- Strong analytical skills capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers
- Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts; experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams; results-driven, capable of handling unstructured assignments
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Note: We are specifically looking for young, recently qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with a solid academic foundation and strong analytical capabilities.
Candidate Profile

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate monthly financial statements and reports for the Leasing division, ensuring compliance with accepted accounting principles.
- Perform monthly financial analysis of accounts/areas to identify major deviations from the previous year or budget.
- Develop one and five-year financial plans by analyzing historical data, developing trends, and preparing projections for the Leasing Division.
- Ensure monthly sales incentives and commissions are prepared in accordance with company policies.

- Manage treasury functions, including optimal utilization of funds and investments.
- Review internal controls periodically and recommend improvements.
