The Supply Supervisor reports directly to the TLSF Manager and is responsible for oversight, supervision and directing the assigned Supply Department's operations for the Retail Activity. Provides centralized retail supply and maintenance support; responsible for aspects of supply supervision work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, labeling, property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Supervises and provides guidance and oversight of the Central Shipping and Receiving Activities within the TLSF. Responsible for supervision and management of several warehouse facilities, with an emphasis on planning, assigning and reviewing the work of subordinate Supply Technicians engaged in the purchase, receipt, storage and issuance of supplies. Responsibilities- Supervises Supply Technicians located at Camp Arifjan, and remotely for Supply Technicians located at geographically dispersed locations.
- Oversees day-to-day warehouse operations at Camp Arifjan and other geographically dispersed locations as they relate to retail supply operations.
- Develops, implements and evaluates operational methods and procedures; monitors workflow and stock levels; reviews and authorizes requisitions.
