Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

Improve the clientele retention by maintaining business relationship with the existing High-Profile customers who continue to use the company’s services over a specified period. A target list of High-Profile customers will be allotted regularly. -Visit existing as well as prospective customers and on-board new customers. -Handle all remittance and FC requirement of the customers on-boarded and expand the business further through referrals (B2C) and corporate business (B2B). -Monitor the increase in revenue generated from existing customers by ensuring continuous transactions from the client. -Responsible for cross-selling and upselling of additional products and services. -Provide excellent customer service to assigned customers as well as newly on-boarded customers. Act as a single point of contact for all these customers and ensure best service is always given.**Job Requirements**:

- Education Degree- : Bachelor- Major- : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or any related fields.**Experience**:

The Senior Business Development Manager is a pivotal, customer-facing role responsible for driving and managing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing market share within target industries. The Ideal candidate will have Public Sector selling experience in addition to digital solution selling experience.



Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle for new business opportunities, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure for both Private & Public Sectors.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to specific client requirements and value propositions.

  • Deliver sales of Iron Mountain Information Management solutions into new clients to increase revenue, growth and quota attainment.

  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.

  • Understands and influences a wide range of customer stakeholders while acting as industry expert to the customer.

  • Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.

  • Maintain a consistent ‘pipeline’ that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment.

  • Work to collaborate with the customer on net new opportunities and work through Negotiated and RFP sales processes.

  • Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.



Qualifications

  • To be considered you will have a significant direct solution sales experience, selling business services, business process outsourcing, archiving or similar offering.

  • Proven experience of strategic new business hunting, sales process and solution selling.

  • Proven experience in Selling Solutions to the Public Sector.

  • The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.

  • Experienced in delivering sales of Technology solutions

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.

  • Ability to team up effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
