We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.

Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, and taking orders.

• Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following the recipes
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates

Accommodation location: the accommodation is located in a private compound called ATCONZ, Erbil, Iraq (just 10 minutes driving from the airport);

Contract Duration: 3 years

Vacations: Every 1,5 years for 30 days. The company will pay for leave air ticket Erbil-home country-Erbil.

Social Security: As per Iraq rules and labor department (Law No. 39 of 1971), all workers must have social security. Social security is a total of 17% from your basic salary (12% is to be paid by the company and 5% is to be paid by the employee), on monthly basis. The company will deduct 5% from your BASIC salary every month USD 10 (fully refundable by the end of the contract).

Security Deposit: The Company will deduct one month salary in 10 installments, each installment 10% of your total monthly salary ( USD 70 each month x 10 months = USD 700). This amount will be refunded back to the employee in full when he/she leaves the company without causing any damage
