pleadings. Experience coordinating with external counsel in complex litigation,
including commercial, labor, and regulatory disputes. Well-versed in local and
international procedural rules. Strong grasp of pre-litigation settlement strategy,
case law analysis, and litigation cost-benefit evaluation.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of domestic legal
frameworks governing corporate operations, including but not limited to labor law,
and environmental regulations. Proven ability to design and implement internal
compliance controls, policies. Experience advising senior management on legal
risks and compliance gaps, conducting internal investigations, and responding to
regulatory inquiries or enforcement actions.

- Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Extensive experience in managing complex commercial contracts, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contractual provisions across sectors like procurement and services. Expertise in key legal clauses such as indemnities, warranties, damages, force majeure, confidentiality, and dispute resolution. Ability to align contractual frameworks with risk appetite, regulatory standards, and jurisdiction-specific laws.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution Management: Ability to handle contentious legal matters, assess legal exposure, prepare strategy memos, evidence, and pleadings. Experience coordinating with external counsel in complex litigation, including commercial, labor, and regulatory disputes. Familiarity with procedural rules and case law analysis. Skilled in settlement strategies and litigation cost evaluation.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of domestic legal frameworks, including labor and environmental laws. Ability to design and implement compliance policies, advise management on legal risks, conduct investigations, and respond to regulatory inquiries.
