• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Web and Mobile UI applications .
• Deliver robust automation solutions for multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless, high-quality releases .
• Identify, document, and report defects with detailed root cause analysis.
• Partner with development teams to analyze issues and verify fixes.
• Ensure best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Expertise in UI automation using Ranorex Studio .
• Proficiency in C# programming for test automation development.
• Working knowledge of version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Strong skills in optimizing x-Paths for resilient automation.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandatory: Experience in the Banking domain .

Job Summary

You will be responsible for the software testing lifecycle; designing and implementing test plans to ensure the quality of the software programs and to improve the usability. Prepare test scenarios, and cases, correct errors and troubleshoot issues with software code.

Assess software quality through manual testing, design test scenarios, develop test plans to test new and existing software and debug code.

• Work with business analysts to gather business and functional requirements, and transfer the business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, and reusable test plans
• Develop testing programs for database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
• Analyze, design & develop test cases for each level in Software Testing like Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing and for each Module
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Track defects and troubleshoot issues
• Perform nonfunctional tests “Performance, security, usability, stress” and analyze the results to report the issues in each area
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Assist team members in performing work/testing activities and guide them in enhancing technical knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• The below certifications/licenses are desirable:
• Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
• Certification in ISTQB CTFL Agile Testing
• Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ)
• Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
• Certified Software Process Engineer (CSPE)
• Certified Quantitative Software Process Engineer (CQSPE)

• Overall, 5 plus years of experience in software or IT
• Experience in Manual Test Scripting, Test Data Management, Manual Test Execution, Reissue Process, Requirements/Use Case Mapping
• Experience as a QC tester while in testing within an agile development environment
• Experience in software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
• Experience in Mobile testing with different OS and WEB testing with different browsers
• Experience of using Proxy tools Charles and Fiddler
• Exposure of Appium tool, load test & API test is an added advantage

• Ability to Identify, record, and document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Extensive knowledge of designing test scenarios, test plan documents, traceability matrix, test summary documents
• Proficient in writing test case reviews and generate review report
• Capable of doing functional and regression testing
• Working knowledge of test management software and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TFS, Dev Ops)
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Native Arabic speaker

For this purpose, we’re only looking for applicants who are living in Kwait and have a Kwait ID, which will be used securely for testing.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be provided with materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

• You have to be at least18 years old .
