We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the kitchen staff in the preparation of meals, ensuring that all ingredients are of the highest quality and that recipes are followed correctly. You will also be expected to support the Head Chef in menu planning, ordering supplies, developing new recipes, assisting with food production and inventory control processes and supervising kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as well as excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities. A successful Sous Chef must have a good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations as well as excellent organization skills. In addition, you should be familiar with advanced cooking techniques and have knowledge of international cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in one of Al-Kuwait's most popular restaurants. We offer an attractive salary package including 1100 USD per month along with other benefits for the right candidate.
