• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Web and Mobile UI applications .
• Deliver robust automation solutions for multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless, high-quality releases .
• Identify, document, and report defects with detailed root cause analysis.
• Partner with development teams to analyze issues and verify fixes.
• Ensure best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Expertise in UI automation using Ranorex Studio .
• Proficiency in C# programming for test automation development.
• Working knowledge of version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Strong skills in optimizing x-Paths for resilient automation.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary/Purpose: To ensure vehicles meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the vehicle servicing and repair functions including receiving and delivering vehicles as scheduled and according to priorities defined, and coordinate with Service Advisor and workshop staff.
• Receive Job Cards from the designated area.
• Ensure prioritizing the processed and completed job cards to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Ensure that the performed job on the assigned vehicle was done correctly
• Execute a thorough final inspection on the assigned vehicles.
• Perform the road test if required.
• Display work progress on the control board and the job card QC remarks.
• Reinspect the rejected vehicle after rework and release the vehicle if all the nonconformance, abnormality detected are cleared.
• Receive Job Cards after work completion, sign on behalf of Team Leader. Close the Job on the computer and stamp the Job Card 'JOB COMPLETED'.
• Display Jobs completed and waiting Quality Control on the Communication Board.
• Represent Team Leader in all matters and discussions relating to quality system improvements in assigned work area.
• Conduct monthly analysis of the rejections in order to highlight major defects for continual improvement.
• Check and rectify any repeat job before advancing to workshop.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulation of Ministry of Interior, Traffic, the Standard Operating Procedures, and safety of the assigned vehicles.
• Ensure implementation of 4s in the workshop.

Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.

Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.

Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.

Perform other duties as requested by management.

The person will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of food and services offered by the restaurant & Cloud Kitchen. This includes ensuring that food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and customer service guidelines are strictly followed and continuously improved upon.

• Monitor Food Quality: Inspect the food preparation process to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Ensure Hygiene and Safety Standards: Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, dining areas, storage, and sanitation facilities. Collaborate with health inspectors and address any concerns related to hygiene.
• Audit Supplier Quality: Monitor the quality of raw ingredients delivered to the restaurant. Establish corrective actions with suppliers when necessary.
• Customer Service Quality Control: Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and food quality. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and customer service excellence.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food and service quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest ways to enhance quality standards. Lead initiatives for staff training on quality, safety, and hygiene.

Educational Background : bachelor’s degree in food science, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience : 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Knowledge : Thorough understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

Familiarity : Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles.
