Field Service Representative/Technician ETM III at Cherokee Federal. The Field Service Representative will perform Pop-up Barrier, Drop- and Slide- Arm Barriers, Armored Gate House (AGH), and Skywatch Tower setup, installation, maintenance and repair services.
Responsibilities- Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment in accordance with Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) manuals. Perform inspections, equipment modifications, repairs, and identify maintenance problem areas.
- Maintenance and repair tasks require competency with electrical, welding, hydraulics, glass replacement/repair, and air conditioning.
- Perform daily updates to the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), recording assets and spare parts.
- Complete daily reports, OEM checklists and requirements documentation on preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment in accordance with Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) manuals. Perform inspections, equipment modifications, repairs, and identify maintenance problem areas.

- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
- Must have previous working knowledge with Active Vehicle Barriers.
- Must have minimum three (3) years demonstrated know-how of working with and repairing hydraulic systems.
- Must have a minimum three (3) years demonstrated knowledge of working with and repairing electrical control systems.
- Must have an active US Passport.
- Must meet current eligibility requirements to obtain work/residency visa in the required work location.
- Willing to travel OCONUS & CONUS.
- An Active Secret Clearance is required; verifiable in JPAS.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and a background check.
- Position is working OCONUS at a military base located in Kuwait.

Job Description
Field Service Representative/Technician ETM III at Cherokee Federal. The Field Service Representative will perform Pop-up Barrier, Drop- and Slide- Arm Barriers, Armored Gate House (AGH), and Skywatch Tower setup, installation, maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities
Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment in accordance with Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) manuals. Perform inspections, equipment modifications, repairs, and identify maintenance problem areas. Maintenance and repair tasks require competency with electrical, welding, hydraulics, glass replacement/repair, and air conditioning. Perform daily updates to the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), recording assets and spare parts. Complete daily reports, OEM checklists and requirements documentation on preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This position does not have management authority or supervisory capacity. Education And Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as a technician performing preventative, corrective and repairs services on AT/FP equipment (vehicle barriers, gates, guard booths, towers, etc.). Must have experience operating in foreign environments. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written. Must have previous working knowledge with Active Vehicle Barriers. Must have minimum three (3) years demonstrated know-how of working with and repairing hydraulic systems. Must have a minimum three (3) years demonstrated knowledge of working with and repairing electrical control systems. Must have an active US Passport. Must meet current eligibility requirements to obtain work/residency visa in the required work location. Willing to travel OCONUS & CONUS. An Active Secret Clearance is required; verifiable in JPAS. Must successfully pass a drug screen and a background check. Work Environment
