Job Summary:
AMENTUM has an immediate opening for a Transportation Supervisor in Kuwait.

Performs mission support analysis and duties pertaining to transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines for all external movement throughout Kuwait Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Performs daily analysis for all Transportation movement and tracking in functional areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisor is required knowledge of Joint Operating Procedures and Execution System (JOPES), Global Command & Control System (GCCS), Global Transportation Network (GTN), Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movement System II (TC-AIMS II), Joint Force Requirements Generator II (JFRG II) and Deployment and Sustainment Support Tool (DS2T)

4. Prepares appropriate documentation required for the mode of transportation asset being utilized. Uses local and Army transportation policies and procedures to arrive at the appropriate transportation solution.

5. Provides technical advice and assistance in the execution of daily transportation requirements.

6. Maintains transportation In-transit Visibility (ITV) for routine, high value and Sensitive Materiel transportation movements

7. Oversees confirmation of preparation of shipping operations in conjunction of Tasker Operations and Military Shipping Labels (MSL), RF/AIT (Radio Frequency / Automated Information Technology) and special areas such as HAZMAT (hazardous materials) documentation.

8. Utilizes knowledge and expertise of the Army transportation system to manage transportation requirements

Minimum Requirements:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines

Ability to obtain SAAR approval for NIPR access to USG STAMIS required

**Experience**:

- Must have at least seven (7) years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership
- Broad knowledge of transportation operations, practice, and policies as well as a thorough knowledge of transportation automated systems to satisfy user requirement
- Well based knowledge of shipping processes and procedures

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Logistics STAMIS in use and must have the ability to properly monitor production for compliance with scheduling directives, cost factors and other applicable standards
- Must be able to properly develop appropriate performance standards, track transportation production, and ensure facilities operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Must have relevant experience in order to analyze requirements and production capacity to respond to requests for proposals for option years and special missions
- Must be well versed in Army operating methodologies and the use of appropriate logistic information systems
- Works with automated movements and transportation information systems as they pertain to transportation operations. Current systems include GTN (Global Transportation Network), JOPES (Joint Operational Planning and Execution System), TC-AIMS II (Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movement System II), JFRG II (Joint Force Requirements Generator II) and DS2T (Deployment and Sustainment Support Tool)
- Familiar and knowledgeable of DoD 4500.9-R
- General office administrative skills required
- Must have in-depth knowledge in transportation
- Must have the ability to interpret and implement local policies
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, Power Point, Excel, Project and Outlook
- Must have progressive written and oral communications skills
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively

Heavy Equipment Operator Lead (Transportation)

Purpose: Leads the daily operations for the movement of heavy equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operates one or several types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, front-end loaders, scrapers/graders, backhoes, excavators, or compactors to excavate, move, load and grade earth. May operate other power equipment at construction sites such as air compressors, road saws, trenchers and pumps.
- Leads subordinates on the daily operations.
- Ensures Safety is paramount.
- Performs digging, leveling and grading operations; builds beams, grades roads, levels ground and performs other similar tasks using construction equipment.
- Operates heavy paving and surfacing equipment to lay, spread or compact concrete, asphalt and other surface materials during road construction.
- Loads and moves dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials using crawler tractors, shovels, graders, and related equipment.
- Coordinates machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
- Conducts pre-operational checks and lubricates and refills gas to equipment as required
- Performs generalized maintenance and safety checks on equipment and minor repairs and uploads and downloads supplies, equipment, containers and flat racks.
- Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**:

- 4 years’ experience operating construction/heavy equipment required.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

- Must have demonstrated knowledge of earthmoving techniques.
- Must be knowledgeable with routine maintenance on assigned equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed on them.
- Must be capable of performing close tolerance work safely and productively.
- Must have good written and oral English communications skills.
- Must be able to observe all safety (to include wearing required personal safety equipment), security, and health requirements for office, warehouse, and outside environment.
- Must be able to obtain a 5984-E Army Standard license upon arrival.

Certification & License:

- CDL license required.
- Must be able to obtain a 5984-E Army Standard license upon arrival.
- Tier 1 NACI required for all U.S. Citizens.

Overview

Sr. Logistics Specialist role at V2X Inc. The Sr. Logistics Specialist will report directly to the V2X Property Administrator and ensure the proper administration and synchronization of all GFP. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assisting the V2X Property Administrator in managing property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or in-country policy.

  • Assist V2X MPM with the management and coordination of property and logistics matters across various Sub-TFAs.
  • Responsible for coordinating and assisting with the management of inventory schedules for all property and materiel; to include sub-contractor inventory.
  • Utilize the Aging Report as an enhancement for local property.
  • Responsible for coordinating accuracy of initial and replacement material/equipment procurement through established systems, specifically, ensuring accurate procurement efforts are in synch with the property locations and storerooms and proper identification of property classification and all required FAR data fields are populated in MAXIMO.
  • Perform planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of materials and equipment to support logistic needs within MAXIMO (virtually) and through other means (Freight Forwarders, coordinates ITARS/IMEX. Coordinates required documents for Customs and Property Pick up at Central Receiving Points.
  • Participate in Government Acceptance Tests (GAT) and Task Order Close-Out Joint Inventories, as required.
  • Ability to provide advice on government regulations/FAR pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of supply records in MAXIMO. Monitor actions pertaining to Return-To-Vendor (RTV) documentation.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned/directed by the Program Manager.
Required Skills
  • Have 4 years direct experience in the property or supply fields.
  • Knowledgeable on working with other sub-contractors.
  • Knowledgeable of the Army and Federal Acquisition Regulation (52.245-1 and 45.5) as related to Contract Property.
  • Basic knowledge of warehousing or goods received and shipping processes.
  • Must be familiar with and execute ITARS requirements.

Desired Skills

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. 8 Additional years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.

  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) through the National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) process.
