Provides Movement Transportation Control Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides movement control support for surface, air, and vessel movement of cargo through the U.S. Military Transportation System.

• Responsible for receiving, validating, and processing all Transportation Movement Requests (TMR) and Air Movement Requests (AMR) for equipment transiting, originating, and terminating assigned MCT Area of Responsibility. Coordinates between MCT functions to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 3 years of movement transportation control and coordination experience required.
• Load Planner experience preferred.
• Prior experience with TC-AIMS, TIPS WRITE, and ICO DES preferred.
• U.S. Army MOS 88N preferred.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure the seamless delivery of resources and services that support the school’s operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement and Vendor Management:

Person Specification Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent (desirable).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably within an educational, international, or service-focused organization.
• Proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti import/export regulations and customs procedures (preferred).

Candidate Requirements
