**Basic Function and Scope**:
Carries out a variety of clerical duties related to the preparation and arrangement of all necessary forms to be used for personal affairs in Engine overhaul Section. Involves in the administration work for the supply of stationery, uniform etc.
- **Tasks & Duties**:
a. Prepares daily ‘B’ defect sheet and distributes to various engineering units, every day, to be ready for the daily meeting.
- b. Prepares medical reimbursement scheme to all staff claims for entire section, nominations and relative correspondence. Compiles all necessary documents related to the staff personnel accidents to be attached with the reimbursement form and send to Insurance Section, arranges the insurance of all aircraft support equipment.
- c. Carries out travel arrangements for staff travelling on duty. Includes preparing Duty Travel Authorizations and subsequent staff duty travel expenses and claims and passes them to the concerned departments for further action.
- d. Carries out the duty of providing staff with overalls and uniforms. Includes preparing statements indicating the number of staff, the type of uniform needed, attaching the statement with requisition and then sending for authorization to the stores.
- e. Carries out the duty of ensuring the supply of stationery. Includes preparing related requisition forms, attaching with statement, indicating information about the amount of stationery, type of stationery and monthly statistics of indentation and consumption.

a. Completion of Secondary (12 years) education.
- b. 3 years’ experience in similar work.**Skills**:
