- d. Carries out the duty of providing staff with overalls and uniforms. Includes preparing statements indicating the number of staff, the type of uniform needed, attaching the statement with requisition and then sending for authorization to the stores.
- e. Carries out the duty of ensuring the supply of stationery. Includes preparing related requisition forms, attaching with statement, indicating information about the amount of stationery, type of stationery and monthly statistics of indentation and consumption.

Inspects and monitors Environmental Compliance Specialist procedures to ensure all steps are followed. Creates Environmental Compliance audit Calendars for their assigned work location(s). Reviews and edits audit report forms for accuracy before sending to the Compliance Supervisor for approval. They assist in making key decisions for technical issues related to the environmental compliance after considering everything from environmental hazards to reports of environmental assessments, inspections and audits. The Technical Monitor must provide guidance for environmental compliance members when it comes to training, implementing, and updating environmental guidance.
