As a Customer Technical Support. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You will provide highest level of customer service to the customers and will stretch your ability to perform in a high paced environment.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers
- Working together with high level people from the business
- Specifying needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
- Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department
- Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
- Establishing and maintaining contact with customer to provide on-going technical and business support
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Collaborating with sales and commerce teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the rigs activity forecast (volume, Orders and complexity)
- Ensuring flawless customer forecast execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources with Sales/comms and engineering team

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor degree (mechanical engineering is preferred)
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wellhead experience in the field.
- Have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in customer technical service role
- Have familiarity or knowledge of HSE requirements
- Able to demonstrate great communication skills
- Have a valid driving license

8. To follow up on enterprise system updates (i.e. Transcendent, GXP, GSS Oasys), and assure full compliance
9. Preparing the Monthly GSS report and Top 50 complaints for guest voice meeting on monthly basis
10. To coordinate all other HR related processes for the department, such as Onboarding, Job Chats, Cross-Training, Probation & Performance reviews, Training etc
11. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager
12. Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness
13. Keep office equipment in working order and contact service representatives to correct problems with office equipment, including following-up to ensure problem is corrected.
14. Attend to telephone calls whenever required
15. Preparing monthly reports, filing all reports and catalogues & making sure that all forms used in the department are available
