The PurposeResponsible for tracking, analysing and presenting B2B performance against targets and competition across business segments. The role involves data modelling to analyse movement of business numbers and generating incites for management decision making. Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns. Key Accountabilties & ResponsiblitiesPrepare daily, weekly and monthly trend analysis of B2B KPI’s

- Measurement Review: Reviews and ensure reliability of production data and the different measurement and liaise with relevant supporting departments for any correction including but limited to items such as flow meters accuracy, temperature measurement, density measurement calibration of the meters, etc.
- Monitor flow meter and all product transfer measurement and collaborate with all related parties for the necessary calibration of the meters/Provers & tanksetc.
- Minimize and control the loss by monitoring, verifying measurements, investigation, and developing the necessary corrective/preventive action plan and follow-up implementation.
- Liaise with all concerned in developing plans to improve measurement, such as evaluating and implementing recent technology, adding new flow meters etc.

- Ship to Shore Difference and Quantity Measurement Discrepancy: Develop and implement full process of monitoring and investigating cargo volume discrepancies (ship/shore difference) at loading port and discharge ports in line with relevant Marketing Agreements and international maritime standard and ensure proper and stringent measurement controls are in place.
- Flare monitoring: a) Flare Monitoring: Monitor and report on daily / monthly basis the flaring amount and estimated financial magnitude. Lias with PED/TSD to correct/verify estimation of flare quantity (Formula, composition adjustments etc)

Job Description
This role will involve managing analytics and reporting for Vendor Operations and Vendor Performance across the country. The vendor operations specialist will take ownership of analytics, reporting and improving service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps, and recommending key actions to improve performance.
**What’s on Your Plate?**
- Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify and solve vendor operations and performance problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data
- Providing all data needed for vendor performance improvement at the country level and acting as a consultant for the Operations Manager
- Optimize key KPIs such as coverage, preparation time, vendor delay, reduce offline duration, etc through clear insights and recommend action area for overall improvement
- Manage related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.
- Project Manage key projects for performance improvement.
- Run experiments, develop dashboards, and use data visualizations to communicate results to leadership
- Support Vendor Operations team in executing strategic projects
What you need to be successful

- Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Extensive experience in Data Analytics tools like tableau, Looker, etc
- Experience and knowledge with using SQL is preferable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good stakeholder management skills: Experience in presenting to cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress
