About the RoleProduct development professionals assist in executing the roadmap tasks agreed by all stakeholders. + Properly classifies freight, selects commodity codes, selects the most efficient mode of shipment and controls obligations for government transportation funds.
+ Prepares all required shipping documents for data input to CMOS/GATES, assigns Transportation Control Numbers, produces labels, issues truck manifest for general/hazardous cargo and Maintains Manifest and TCN logs.
+ Uses automated computer systems to process and document to accurately input the Transportation Control Numbers, Transportation Accounting codes, consignor and consignee codes and other essential transportation data into CMOS, GATES or IBS.
+ May perform System Administrator duties.
+ Inspects Hazardous Materials to ensure proper packaging, marking, labeling, documentation and certification in accordance with applicable Dangerous Goods Regulations (AFMAN 24-604, 49 Code of Federal Regulation, Internal Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG).
+ Inspects, accepts and inventories all incoming freight and containers for overages, shortages and damage before acceptance. When required, initiate and complete DD Form 361, Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR).
+ Provides asset visibility and real-time view to track customer queries using IGC, RFID-ITV, GDSS2 or SMS.
+ Prepares shipping documents and Movement Requests for international and domestic shipments between sites and container movements from the Sea Port of Embarkation (POE) to the Sea Port of Debarkation (POD) shipped by surface or sealift.
+ Performs Port Handling and Inland Transportation (PHIT) and ensures the subcontractor performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Statement of Work (SOW). Inspects and documents each shipment for contract compliance on a Customer Service Survey form.
+ Processes Export Traffic Release Requests (ETRR) for sealift shipments using Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC) - Integrated Booking System (IBS).
+ Performs Host Country customs clearances and liaises with Military Host country Ministries on Import and Export for Border Customs Clearances, Airport Customs Clearances and Seaport Clearances.
+ Selects and initiates contact with local carriers to arrange appropriate transport equipment for containers, classified, sensitive, hazardous or outsized shipments based on the size, weight, commodity description, freight classification, required delivery date, priority or other special requirements.
+ Loads/unloads 463L pallets, equipment, vehicles and ISO containers from flat-bed/low-bed trucks. May assist in loading/unloading military vessels at the seaport.
+ Performs Pallet and Net Manager duties by inspecting, issuing, accounting for, controlling, reporting and maintaining operational stock levels of 463L pallets, nets and other tie-down equipment located on-site.
+ Performs WPM custodian duties by inspecting, certifying, record keeping and reporting the receipt and usage requirements.
+ Performs CCO duties by completing the monthly container inventory, ensuring all containers located on-site are inventoried between the 1st and 30th day of each month.
+ Reports all lost, damaged, destroyed and modified containers to the CCA within 12 hours of discovery.
+ Performs container inspections and reports findings on the DA 2404 equipment inspection and maintenance worksheet.
+ Receives/Ships all containers in JCM within 12 hours of receipt or departure.
+ Prepares, inspects, reviews and submits Preload Plans, Hazardous Materials Diplomatic Clearances (HAZDIP) and other documents to facilitate air movement.
+ Inspects cargo documentation and certifies that cargo is built correctly and airworthy.
+ Performs weighing of cargo, vehicles and outsized cargo to determine the center of balance for rolling stock and ensures cargo dimensions are within pallet and aircraft limitations.
+ Determines cargo configuration, shoring and aircraft loading requirements in accordance with Air Transportability Test Loading Activity Certifications (ATTLA).
+ Assists the Air Terminal Supervisor or load team chief with selecting, assembling, palletizing and transporting cargo loads to and from aircraft and storage areas.
+ Assists in loading, unloading and servicing aircraft. Ensuring cargo loads are secure and tied down.
+ Safely transports and handles explosives.
+ Assists the Air Terminal Supervisor with passenger service procedures, check-in, manifest passengers and baggage and perform security checks. May assist in loading/unloading passengers and baggage from aircraft.
+ Implements, documents and controls quality, environmental and safety programs.
+ Prepares and handles cargo in accordance with all prescribed regulations, instructions, technical orders and procedures.
+ Accomplishes receiving process for all inbound cargo functions of MILSTRIP and NON-MILSTRIP shipments addressed to the host installation SRAN IAW with regulation.
+ Maintains Technical Orders, publications, forms and files required for Traffic Management operations.
+ Compiles data and submits reports and other correspondence as required.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.

- Provide post sales account management service for all Corporate Customers including mobile and fixed services providing after sales support and follow up for corporate customers across all channels.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
- Support the Account Managers in opening new accounts in system (Account Verification).
- End to end support & guide customers/KAMs through difficulties related to tariffs, billing issues, service requests across all products, maintaining a helpful and customer-friendly approach to meet high level of customer satisfaction for mobile customers taking fixed services or convergence.
- Attend and support the walk-in corporate customer who had an issue escalated from KAM, Service delivery team or corporate collection for the CPR customer.
- Adding/cancelling services for B2B customers.
- Handle corporate customers email group which received from customers internally or externally and ensure not to miss any email and reply back to customer (specific to variety of matters).
- Contact the customer for any unclear requests or unauthorized sender.
- Contact the customer to collect the pending items with SDT.
- Attend meetings with KAM for corporate customers who have an issue in billing, network, complaint or any other operational issue.
- Provide customers with contract details, copy of their Offer by coordinating with Archiving team.
- Provide account summary report when needed to customer or KAM (after investigation if required by customer).
- Act in support of the account manager by addressing basic customer queries and send the latest offers and keep the KAM informed.
- Coordinate with the Technical Division to resolve all customer problems related to the network, billing, coverage, roaming etc.
- Create users for corporate customers to have access on self-care portal after checking the authority of the customer.
- Responsible to handle B2B customer complaints of all types, issues or inquiries in Remedy in a timely manner.
- Handle MNP complaint for B2B corporates for CPR.
- Be present in all meetings and coordinate with NQD, network planning and implementation teams to handle all B2B network complaints as top priority.
- Ensure the product knowledge is at sufficient levels to accurately advise customers on the entire range of Ooredoo products and services & proactively update on new products & services.

The RoleLead the activities of a team responsible for timely and innovation analysis of customer usage trends to prevent revenue leakage owing to fraudulent measures.
Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesTake proactive measures and constantly monitor the revenue streams and implement Proactive checks to prevent fraud.
Support the product development team making suggestions where vulnerabilities are noted in the launch of a new product.
Develop and implement strategies which are risk averse
Proactively identify probable process gaps and minimize possible fraud areas across the billing and network elements and work with involved parties to ensure future revenues are assured.
Manage the Fraud Management System and ensure the rules are constantly updated and timely checks are put in place.
Maintain a log of all the different types of telecom frauds and report on any losses incurred during regular periods.
Keep updated with different fraud scenarios with the help of GSM Association’ Fraud Forum and other Online Sources
Initiate and conclude systematic investigations on suspected transactions and cases.
Identify “hot spots” within Ooredoo and putting measures in place to monitor those areas for fraud and revenue leaks.
Advise Managers of any significant deviation from established process or any procedural default to take appropriate action on time.
Establish and implement policies, procedures and the approach to manage internal fraud and abuse. Implement and manage tools and techniques which aid the internal fraud control proactively.
Ensure that the rules are constantly updated in the Fraud Management System (FMS) and timely checks are put in place.
Develop controls and coordinate with various teams in the company to monitor excessive usage of services such as roaming, voice, data etc. which may lead to possible misuse or fraud.
Assist the Management in conducting investigations on possible fraudulent activities or assigned tasks.
Establish and implement policies, procedures and approach to effectively partner with other departments and change management function to perform quality assurance testing on key processes and system changes which impact the recording, processing of revenue (and cost) producing events.
Assist in formulating a company-wide strategy and develop processes to detect and analyse fraud and close process gaps (in coordination with PMO and Internal Audit).
Constantly monitor the Customers (Postpaid/Prepaid/Data/Roaming) usage to identify any anomaly and carry out effective analysis of data to come out with corrective actions & reports.
Monitor and assess the need for changes to the fraud and credit control process and procedures and assist in the preparation of proposals to make those changes.

Monitor and control usage on test SIMS, discounts, waivers, promotions and updates / amendments of subscriber and system information (BSCS, RAS, Voucher and Oracle Financial etc.)
Assist in designing and implementing processes that will enable Ooredoo to identify potential risk areas and deal with these risks.
Verify the accuracy of information / data processed, identify issue and take corrective action to resolve problems.
Regular and timely escalation of revenue leakages/ fraud/process gaps.
Provide regular reports on risk / fraud to Management on concerning progress made, outlining the quantified benefit to the organization and the outcomes.
Provide analysis and summaries of information as directed ensuring key issues brought to the attention of Management.
Monitor control reports on fraud instances and performance of the FMS on a regular basis.
Identify weaknesses and improve controls by developing systems and reports of irregularities (control reports) to management.
Identify and undertake investigation into discrepancies or shortage of information / data and either take action or reports issues to Management
Identify and prepare control reports to monitor revenue streams and process failures.
Ensure NRTRDE/HUR from roaming partners is received for action by the team.
Ensure all system alarms are closed on time.
Undertake regular on the job training to ensure that direct reports have the necessary skills to undertake new or existing responsibilities.
Supervise the work of direct reports to ensure they meet their objectives, are kept motivated and perform in accordance with their job description.
Provide identify and undertake investigation into discrepancies or shortages of information / data and either take action or report issues to the Management
Delegate responsibility to direct reports, in accordance with their role and ability, to ensure they are developed and maximise their potential.
Responsible for setting up Fraud Management function for Subsidiary business, understanding products with risks for FT, mapping best practices across industry to define FM strategy and building controls for this business
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well - informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Other duties as directed by direct supervisor or any other superiors.
QualificationsMaster’s Degree qualification with appropriate registration with a recognized professional institute
6 – 8 years of experience in Telecom with min 4 years of experience in the Fraud Management with 2 years in Supervisory Role.
Working Knowledge in a Fraud Management System (Like Subex FMS, Etc.)
Excellent command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc.
Good knowledge in SQL and PLSQL
