- Lead PR, media relations, and event communications to elevate brand visibility .
- Develop thought leadership content to showcase innovation, client success stories, and local expertise .
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Alliances to ensure campaigns drive revenue growth .
- Equip account managers and commercial teams with sales kits, presentations, and messaging frameworks .
- Organize events, webinars, and executive forums that strengthen Company’s reputation in key verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in IT, technology, or channel-driven industries.
- Deep understanding of the vendor–reseller ecosystem and co-marketing best practices.
- Proven success in demand generation and sales enablement marketing .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.

As Head Coach, you will be the face of the studio, teaching premium group and private sessions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and mentoring a future team of trainers. You will contribute to program innovation, client retention, and community building, while also representing the brand across social media and events.
About the Studio- Opening 2026 in Kuwait
- Boutique, infrared-based fitness and wellness space
- Focus on sculptural, heated, and empowering group classes
- Community-driven and aesthetics-aligned
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in boutique fitness, including leadership/operations
- Certifications:
- Lagree Level 1 & 2 (mandatory)
- At least 2–3 additional certifications (Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Functional Strength)
- PT certification is a plus
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Proven track record in leadership, operations, and client retention
- Comfortable with social media, camera presence, and content creation

- Deliver 5–6 classes per day across multiple modalities
