**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Work with leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Assist in managing the site’s cost reduction programs. Coordinate the cost reduction strategy aligning with budget and the continuous improvement calendar in order to achieve commitments.

- Provide ongoing support to multiple project teams.
- Works with plant leadership in installing organizational supports for Operational Excellence (reviews, communications, rewards, software, etc.).
- Leads improvement projects of significant size and scope.
- Communicates Operational Excellence information/news to plant management, staff, and employees.
- Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes.
- By utilizing projects charters with deliverables, will work with site leaders to identify, modify, and sustain desired changes including reducing waste and improving inefficiencies.
- Mentor employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives and act as a change agent to the site/organization.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and prioritize improvement opportunities with the management team.

You will be responsible for personnel management and resource planning. In addition you will monitor projects implementation and report the status and if necessary support the project Manager. You ensure that the projects are completed on time, within the budget and on quality and risks and opportunities are correctly managed The field of telemetry involves all kind of work to implement a Power Plant and substation to the national control center and / or district control center including monitoring and controlling, but mainly concentrated in Installation & maintenance of Communication system, PABX’s / Telephone systems, speech Recorders and signal Transmission equipment. Areas of responsibility: - Co-actively support during proposal phase - Support and advise Lead Engineer during technical discussions in all communication belongings - Control of work results provided by sub-suppliers and partners and escalation of deficiencies in quality and cooperation - Explanation of solutions and Siemens capabilities to customers - Able to understand and coordinate telemetry installation works in new substations (telemetry panels, batteries, charger, cable works) - Read and understand cable plan and transfer to the site work (knowledge in reading technical drawings) - Replacements of existing equipment (installing new panels as per documentation) - Be able to work with special tools to adjust the parameter setting of the communication equipment - Commissioning after installation (also work under "life conditions") - Maintenance of existing equipment at substations - Documentation updates - Technical reports and protocols for approvals to customer and team - Trouble shooting and call duty and normal duty - Coach junior team members Required Skills / Experience: - University Degree in Engineering or comparable - At least 10 years experience as Telecommunication engineer environment - You have Engineering or Technical know how and experience in the commissioning of RTU, PDH, SDH and MPLS - Knowledge in IP planning - You convince with professional or disciplinary leadership experience - You bring international and intercultural competence and working experience, particularly when dealing with Middle East culture - Very good English spoken and written and the willingness to move within the country and region is essential - At Siemens, we are committed to an ownership culture, in which every employee takes personal responsibility for our company’s success. Role

As Food Safety Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the Food Safety Team and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). This role ensures compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards, identifies and addresses potential hazards, develops and implements HACCP plans, and fosters a positive food safety culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Food Safety Team to ensure effective execution of food safety practices and standards.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with all relevant food safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify potential food safety hazards through risk assessments and inspections, and develop effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans to safeguard product safety.
  • Design and deliver food safety training programs to employees to enhance their understanding and adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and evaluations of food safety practices and procedures, and report findings to management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive food safety reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Promote and cultivate a positive food safety culture throughout the organization by encouraging proactive communication, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food safety management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, FSMA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in training and educating teams on food safety principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
