Job Description
The Site Lead is responsible for executing daily Military Postal Office mission requirements. The Site Lead is the single focal point for each MPO location and functions as the single interface between the company and the designated Postmaster or on-site military MPO personnel. The Site Lead is located onsite at OCONUS and oversees all clerks supporting their specific location. The Site Lead reports to the CONUS Company Program Manager and oversees on-site personnel performing mail processing and acceptance, unit mail delivery, Receipt & Dispatch (R&D) functions, registered mail, postal finance, and locator and directory services.

- Responsible for the performance of all work performed and personnel supporting their location.
- Oversee the management, staffing, and operational control of their location per the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Serve as the single interface between the MPO and the company.
- Maintain overall responsibility for their operating MPO location.
- Responsible for implementing the Program Manager’s (PM’s) contractor postal management functions ensuring organizational functions at their location and operating within the established standardized processes and disciplines.
- Monitor work and report on progress.
- Responsible for ensuring work meets contract location requirements and is delivered on time to the PM or government customer.
- Perform postal clerk functions when not performing site lead functions.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management-related disciplines and 3+ years of experience in both supervisory positions and managing postal service operations OR
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and 5+ years of experience in both supervisory positions and managing postal service operations.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Active secret clearance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to pass a medical prescreening for deployment.
- Ability to be available to meet with the on-site military or government MPO within two hours of notice, deployed site local time, to meet face-to-face or through telephonic communications, to discuss postal issues.
- Ability to travel up to 90-100% of the time.
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Ability to meet and maintain the certifications/qualifications for deployment travel to hazardous duty locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of individuals, including those at upper levels of the government.
- Must possess strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate postal operations support.
- Able to solve problems at the lowest level promptly so as not to disrupt mail processing operations or dispatch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

What you'll do in this role
- Build and own Canonical's threat intelligence strategy
- Build and maintain OSINT research environments
- Develop OSINT tradecraft, principals, and techniques
- Identify and track targeted intrusion cyber threats, trends, and new developments by cyber threat actors through analysis of proprietary and open source datasets
- Collaborate across teams to inform on activity of interest
- Coordinate adversary/campaign tracking
- Contribute to the wider threat intelligence community, establishing Canonical as a key contributor and thought leader in the space
- Work with product and engineering teams to explain cybersecurity threats and advise on mitigation strategies
- Work with the OPSEC and IS team to help implement/update security controls prioritising cyber defence

DFAC Shift Lead is responsible for monitoring other country national employees in the performance of food service operations and provide supply movement support for the rations warehouse. Support to include off-loading subsistence and supply items, removing delivered items from pallets and storing items per PWS requirements.
Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
+ Shall conduct food handling, storage, receiving and transferring of subsistence in strict accordance with the applicable Tri-Service Food Code and keep records of all food received and stored as required, verifying proper handling and storage procedures are used.
+ Responsible for escorting/monitoring other country national employees and vendors in accordance with the performance work statement for subsistence and dining facility services.
+ Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team to provide professional food services.
+ Shall operate up to a 2.5-ton reefer truck and up to 10k forklift.
+ Shall assist the Storeroom and DFAC Supervisors as required to operate food service services 24/7/365.
+ Comply with all applicable Government and corporate regulations, policies and procedures: AFI 34-239, Food Service Management Program, AFMAN 34-240, Food Service Program Management, and the Tri-Service Food Code.
+ Follow HACCP procedures.
+ Responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities, areas and grounds.
+ Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
+ Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
+ Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
+ Must be certified to drive a 2.5-ton reefer truck and up to 10K forklift.
+ Must have and maintain a current Serve-Safe certification (Within 3 years).
+ Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. or Local Driver's License.
+ Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.
+ Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
+ Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
+ Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.
Experience:
+ A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in food service warehousing and storage procedures of perishable and non-perishable subsistence and shall be familiar with manual and automated supply accounting systems, policies and procedures.
Skills :
+ Must be knowledgeable in Tri-Service Food Code, AFMAN 34-240, Food Service Program Management Armed Forces Recipe System, inventory control, HACCP, and the U.S Department of Health and Human Services Food Code standards.
+ Thorough understanding of quality customer food service and preparation of nutritional meals.
+ Must be able to work under pressure.
