We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait , overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works related to power transformers, MV/LV switchgears, and associated systems . The ideal candidate will have solid experience in industrial or utility electrical projects and strong knowledge of site supervision standards in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
• Power transformers (up to 33kV and above)
• Medium & Low Voltage switchgears
• Control panels, protection relays, and cable terminations
• Interpret and verify electrical drawings and SLDs for project execution.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and technical teams for on-site activities.
• Monitor project timelines and manpower performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure quality control of electrical works.
• Submit daily/weekly reports and attend site meetings as required.

Skills

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar supervisory roles, with hands-on experience in transformers and switchgear systems
• Previous experience in Kuwait or GCC countries preferred
• Strong knowledge of KOC/KNPC or other local standards is an advantage

Supervise the sale of Retail cars as per the sales strategy and CSI targets, whilst maintaining showroom standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Share and assign targets to sales staff, review performance, prepare sales report and submit it to Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales with recommendations.

2. Check cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, Traffic Department documentation submit it to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales for approval and send copies to Finance Department.

3. Conduct inventory of stationary, electrical and office equipment's and ensure supplies.

4. Propose Vehicle Order recommendation in order to meet customer's requirements.

5. Check all vehicle reservation with sales staff on a daily basis.

6. Follow up with Delivery Center for delivery of the vehicles in time.

7. Arrange replacements in the car as per customer request; send Vehicle Prepare Order for the showroom.

8. Attend to and follow up on customer queries on sale and maintenance of vehicles.

9. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and meeting customers' requests in accordance with Company policies.

10. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.

11. Ensure safety of showroom as per TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Maintenance Supervisor improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves the efficiency and increase asset utilization within the MB. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD) for the MB.

• Schedule the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team for maintenance execution.
• Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in-process.
• Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program and compliance with the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work adherence.
• Monitor compliance with Division TLM standards.
• Lead a continuous improvement culture within the MB. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required.
• Implement reliability improvement practices.
• Encourage reliability improvement feedback from the MB TLM team.
• Be responsible for developing the competency of MB employees; track progress.
• Ensure technicians utilize TLM business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time spent on work orders.

Position: CAD Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with all concerned stakeholders, including coordination of Engineering Department directions to create drafting procedures using client setup to generate multidisciplinary CAD drawings for proposed projects by utilizing GIS data.
2. Prepare Multi-Discipline CAD Drawings, field check verification through GIS, reports, visual presentations, drawing registry.
3. Ensure document control, backup control, personnel progress updates, appropriate Standards, and procedures inclusion.
4. Takes out prints and supplies copies when requisitioned by Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. Should have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience of working as a draughtsman (Piping / Electrical / Instrumentation) in any reputable organization and able to use CAD Software (AutoCAD/Microstation).
2. Experience in the use of GIS software applications (Previous experience with ESRI ArcGIS would be preferred).
3. Previous experience and understanding of mapping projections systems, coordinate transformations, and related issues.

Education:

1. Must hold a certificate of CAD draughtsmanship after completing a full-time two (2) years course.
