We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales and Business Development Engineer . The ideal candidate will help secure new projects by efficiently managing the entire tendering process, pre-qualifying prospective organizations, and actively participating in business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical).
- Proven track record of tender management, pre-qualification processes, and business development, particularly in the Kuwaiti market.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain connections.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
Three to five years of relevant experience are required.
