Also work closely with vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders on system or regulatory-driven change requests. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, operational feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives and provide structured business cases to management and stakeholders for investment decisions along with Identifying potential risks, dependencies, and compliance gaps before implementation. Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks. Certifications such as CBAP, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL are highly valued. 7 years in business analysis and Minimum of 5+ Years Experience in banking with hands on experience on project delivery, and change management, with strong exposure to CR lifecycles.
