**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position

3. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual (AV), projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment, devices, and systems, ensuring all equipment is operational prior to use.
4. All Event service expert will be required to completely familiarize themselves with the location of each function room and related areas and the various types of set up to include the following: school style, theatre style, conference style, U-Shape, Hollow square, hollow rectangle, banquet style, different types of buffets set up, coffee break.
5. Set up and handling tables, i.e. round, rectangle, buffet etc. Service, breakdown and vacuuming of all department functions area to include meetings rooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions, banquet hall, dance floor, exhibits, general cleaning of all area and outdoor catering.
6. To ensure that all equipment, fixture and furniture are handled with great care.
Banquet Room Bussing and Cleaning
1. Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, chinaware, glassware, and flatware.
2. Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests, including checking for cleanliness, cracks, and chips.
3. Break-down, remove, and secure AV equipment and related equipment, devices, and systems promptly following an event.
Banquets
1. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guest.
2. Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
3. Follow up on special banquet event arrangements requested by guest to ensure compliance.
4. Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment and Internet.
Closing
1. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
2. Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
Steps of Service
1. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
2. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables and work areas including ensuring courses are cleared according to department standards and tables are properly crumbed when appropriate.

Overview

Reporting to Logistic operation Strategy team leader in Kuwait.

Responsibilities
  1. Make local adjustments based on the standards and processes for judging and handling the responsibility formulated by the headquarters and local market conditions, and ensure effective implementation in the front-line team. Focus on controlling the quality of rider service and handling rider complaints, promote the adoption of online and automated tools locally, and reduce order and customer losses from delivery issues.
  2. Be responsible for the implementation of local fulfillment service indicators, focus on solving the top problems of local incoming lines, and optimize related service processes. For example, design a return processing plan for riders who cannot deliver based on local conditions, and make the delivery dispute processing of users, merchants, and riders online and automated.
  3. Develop localized SOPs, process mechanisms, and practical guidelines based on HQ standards; train frontline teams to ensure easy understanding and execution, using better service experience to reduce CPO.
  4. In combination with local culture and service delivery characteristics, formulate service standards and behavioral constraints for local riders, merchants, and users, design localized solutions, and establish efficient linkage with B-end, C-end, customer service, etc. to continuously improve service experience.
  5. Coordinate local resources to manage rider equipment assets, conduct usage inspections, adapt new equipment requirements from HQ to local needs, ensure smooth rider operations, and support keeta's positive brand building.
  6. Manage the local field inspection team, develop and execute inspection plans to ensure rider service, equipment usage, and delivery processes comply with company standards; regularly consolidate inspection results and ensure issue closure to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications

Job demands:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in localizing service processes, with hands-on implementation in rider management or appeal systems preferred.
  • Strong data sensitivity; able to use local NPS, CPO, and exception loss rate indicators to trace and solve problems.
  • Proven experience solving complex problems locally, with ability to identify and address key issues in challenging situations.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate effectively across departments, avoiding redundant efforts.
  • Committed to building professional expertise and talent development mechanisms; able to balance standardized processes with flexible innovation.
